The yard at Cooperative Dogs is a beautiful, half-acre, fenced in area among the trees. It can be a great place for your pup to run and play and sniff in a safe, private atmosphere. Be aware that it is a new and developing yard, so as of now the ground is predominantly wood chips and there are stumps, trees, and other obstacles. Please be advised that Cooperative Dogs is not liable for injury to you or your dog. The fence is 5’ high welded wire construction with a chicken wire skirt, which is secure for most dogs but we cannot guarantee that your dog will not figure out a way to escape. There are currently no bathroom facilities. PLEASE NOTE THAT WE DO NOT PLOW THE DRIVEWAY OR THE YARD THROUGHOUT THE WINTER. BOOK AND ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK.

The property has a pine forest, many pine stands in fields, a marsh, a pond and a few small streams. About 20 acres is mostly cleared fields. The snowmobile trails go through the property so there are actually many trails to access as well. Slightly downhill for the way down and just enough uphill on the way back to raise your heart rate. We have the trail marked as it’s easy to get turned around. We ask that you let us know when you are done with trail so we can let our dog bacj outside. This is the perfect place for dogs to be off leash.
