We are lifelong animal lovers and proud dog parents to a sweet English Bulldog. Our yard is spacious, private, and about the size of a park. Perfect for pups who love to run, sniff, and explore! We have a covered patio for shade and can provide fresh water during your visit. You’re welcome to bring your dog’s favorite toys to make the play session even more fun, however, we provide some as well! My dog will always be indoors during your booking time to give you and your pup space and privacy to enjoy the yard freely. We’re excited to share our little slice of doggie heaven with you and your furry friend! To keep our yard safe and enjoyable for everyone, please follow these simple guidelines: • PLEASE pick up after your pup. Waste bags must be used and disposed of properly. I have had several instances where poop was not cleaned up after a booking, and I’ve had to go out and pick it all up in a hurry before the next booking. This would be so greatly appreciated! • No digging, please! We want to keep the yard in great shape for all visitors. • Supervise your dog at all times. This ensures safety for your pet and respect for the space. • We typically leave a fresh bowl of water out for our doggie guests. If you happen to see the water bowl is not filled up, it’s because we weren’t home during your booking time to fill fresh water. You have full permission to access the hose to fill the water bowl with fresh water. • Treat the space with care. This is our family’s yard, and we’re happy to share it with respectful guests! Country Run's 58 Acre Private Ranch In Conifer

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Are you a good boy or girl? Me too! My mom tells me all the time. Want to come hang out in my yard? I’ve got a big backyard with plenty of shady spots for relaxing and sunny patches perfect for sunbathing. There’s even a kiddie pool to cool off in! It’s a little small (mom says she’s “easing me into it”), but if you’re into water, go for it. If you like chasing squirrels, you’re in luck. They are everywhere! Seriously. It’s kind of my specialty. And as for grasshoppers… let’s just say I’ve handled that situation. Those things are annoying, so I take care of them myself. Mom also offers extra playtime with me (you should definitely choose this—I already know I love you, it’s just how I am). I’m full of energy when we first meet, but once I know you’re sticking around, I’ll settle down and give you space… if that’s your vibe. Otherwise, we can play. And play. And play some more. If you prefer to hang in my yard by yourself, that's cool too. Enjoy all the smells. Mom has some garden boxes in the back and she composts in the center of them. The smells coming from there are my favorite, 10/10, but she put a fence around everything so you will have to sniff from afar. 🐶

We are working hard to clean up the backyard again after the tornado went through, but fences are back up, and just some random tree branches left to pick up. The wood chips around the play ground did blow away to Kansas I’m guessing. The yard has concrete edging to protect your pups paws from the sharp metal edging that is out there. Plenty of shade on the deck or under the tree, water bowl for the pups, and hoping to get the little pool set up soon too. Welcome to our peaceful and rustic backyard where dogs can run, chew sticks, sniff and explore while you enjoy lake and mountain view’s (especially lovely at sunset). We are pleased and excited to share our little piece of heaven with you and your pup(s)! The yard is long and flat (perfect for playing fetch) with natural sniffing spots, and a calm quiet setting next to open public park space. People and dogs may be visible around the lake, but they are usually far away. We have a 4 foot chain-link fence.

4th Mesa 7 acre Private Dog Park In Bailey

10% of profits donated to local SPCA monthly. 7 acres of fenced forest to play on including a hiking trail for the pet owners! There is a switch back trail through the middle of the property marked by tree branches/logs and pink/green flags. Further trail description below the instructions. Best way to find the trail from the gate is to either follow the fence line up to the right all the way to the top of the property or walk straight up the gulley until you see the first green flag. The green flags mark the beginning and end of each switchback. There are 29 rows of switchbacks. Between the green flags there are pink flags to guide you with branches and logs to mark the left and right of each trail. There are a few places where the trail merges which is marked by 2 yellow flags. The last (or first depending on the ascent or descent chosen) trail row has yellow flags that have been colored pink (see pictures at the very end of the collage). It is about a 4 mile round trip hike if you follow the switch backs up then down (or vice versa). For you hiking purists the switchback rows are not perfectly parallel. This was a 3 year manual effort. The more ya’ll hike it the more visible it will be.

There will be poop bags, dog toys 🎾 and water available as well as a waste bin next to the gate for your trash. 🚙 Parking: Please park on the street near the tree in in our front yard, or up the road by the mailboxes. 🚪Entrance: You may enter the backyard through the gate on the right side when facing the house. You may need to lift the handle slightly and then push hard for gate to latch. The gate is a little janky! If you require any accommodations, please let us know ahead of your visit.
