Rascal's 1-Acre Resort in North Potomac, MD

Parking is in front of the property on the grass, in front of the mailbox. Walk back to the right side of property and wnter through the door. Once you enter the property, you can let your fur baby or babies off leash to explore. In the daytime, your fur baby has about 1 acre of land to explore. Scents of dogs, squirrels, bunnies and even a neighborhood fox are in the air. There are two white benches to sit on which can be moved. One side has large trees that provide a lot of shade on hot days. There is a covered pergola for you to stand or sit on the two rocking chairs, which is wonderful when it rains. There is also a covered back porch to stand in case of rain. There is a beautiful pond with koi and goldfish, the water is safe for dogs but we also leave clean bowls out that can be filled with 2 available garden hoses. There is a bucket of chuck-it balls on top of a bench near the Trashcan. For clean up there is a Trashcan and pooper scooper or you may use your own bags. In the night-time, we have torch lamps around the property as well lighted collars or lights to attach to a collar. This will make it easy to see your pup when he or she gets close to the fence. Larger friends love catching a frisbee, fetch, chasing the squirrels on the fence, running around the yard, or taking a dip in the outdoor pond. One of his friends just loves to gallop like a horse around the property or chase squirrels on the fence. The newest edition is the treadmill (small to medium dogs only) for use especially on rainy or snowy days. Treadmill for large dogs coming next year! Water bowl and water provided upon request. We are pretty flexible - let us know what we could do to make your next visit more enjoyable for your pup.

Fully fenced yard with .3 acres. Lots to snifff and explore. Yard backs up to public walking trail; people and deer are able to be seen occasionally. Relax while your pup sniffs their heart out on our comfy outdoor couches, bring a snack and enjoy from the table, or come around dusk and enjoy the lights. Looking forward to having you! Fully Fenced Private Dog Park In Travilah

Beautiful 2-acre lot with lots of grass and sunshine! A majestic weeping owillow welcomes guests as they enter a the front yard. The back yard is fully fenced and has a large flagstone patio with extra chairs, cushions and tables for guests. Banquet tables with tablecloths and additional chairs are available on request for private parties. Please note that water access is not available at this time.

Max's Place, Fully fenced yard in Upper Marlboro

Welcome to Max’s Place 😊 We recently lost our big baby, Max, and his mother, Diamond, two years before that. When house hunting, I made sure to buy a house with a nice size yard for our dogs. Now that they are no longer here, we’d like to invite others to enjoy the freedom to run around. Max’s Place is completely fenced. We offer the use of a small agility set, a lounging area for both dogs and their humans, toys and balls. We will provide bottled water for all. There is a hose hookup in the back for use (splashing, bathing, drinking) for an additional charge. Once the weather warms up we’ll also have a splash pool available at an additional charge. Hello Everyone, Thanks for reaching out! We will be happy to welcome you. There is some information for you. 1a- You can use the driveway to park your car if its not occupied. But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a faucet under the deck and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHILE ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS. We want to highlight this Sniffspot rule for the safety of the neighbors. LASTLY, NO SMOKING and NO ALCOHOL permitted. We hope you enjoy your time at your private Sniffspot! Lu's Doggy Watch — Fully Fenced Private Yard in Bowie

Welcome to Lu’s Doggy Watch—a private place in Bowie for your dog to sniff, explore, play fetch, and enjoy time with you. Our quarter-acre, fully fenced yard gives your group space to stretch their legs, practice training, or share a playdate with familiar dogs, with a maximum of 6 dogs per booking. I’m Nick, and I’ve cared for dogs my entire life, including large working breeds, senior dogs, puppies, and dogs with medical needs. Through Lu’s Doggy Watch, my home-style boarding and daycare service, I’ve learned how much each dog’s personality and routine matter. I bring that same thoughtful, welcoming approach to sharing our yard with the Sniffspot community. Lu’s Doggy Watch was inspired by my Doberman, Eero Lucas ("Big Lu"), who passed away unexpectedly due to DCM. After losing him, the house felt far too quiet. Welcoming dogs back into this space became a way to honor him—and sharing the yard gives more dogs and their people a chance to make happy memories here. During your visit, enjoy dog drinking water, toys, waste bags, a trash can, seating, and rain shelter/sun shade. Birds and squirrels may visit the yard, and other dogs may sometimes be heard or seen nearby. The fence is 4 feet tall at its lowest point, so please consider your dog’s jumping ability and check the enclosure before letting them off leash. Your Sniffspot reservation is for private yard time with your own group. Please stay with and supervise your dogs throughout the visit. Whether your pup prefers a lively game of fetch or a leisurely sniff around, you can enjoy the space together at their pace. Arrival is simple: park on the street and let me know you’re here. Use either entrance on the east or west side of the house to reach the backyard. Fully Fenced Yard For Dogs To Rent In Arlington

Spacious backyard right in the heart of Arlington! Your pup should enjoy a place to run around even in the city. Parking: I had a gravel drive way feel free to park in and behind my car if I’m home. There’s also a parking lot next to me that has two hour free parking. Note: my house is right off Glebe so you can hear cars passing while in the back, but it is pretty sheltered from people passing on the sidewalk.

Large Fenced Yard Near Seven Corners

A great backyard will a little over .25 acres. Dogs love that there is enough room for fetch, zoomies, and sniffing all the different spots throughout. It is completely fenced in and has a patio for you to sit on while your doggo explores. Please bring your own water and water bowl for your pups as we do not provide water. There is a hose you may use. The spigot is in the back left corner of the patio (if you're looking at the house). Be sure to tag us in your posts on Instagram @zarassniffspot You are welcome to move around chairs to sit or block the stairs, but please be sure to put things back as they were. Summer note: Please bring bug spray and feel free to use the fan on the patio to help with the bugs and heat. Be sure to turn it off when finished.
