For people, we’ve created a relaxing outdoor sanctuary featuring a large covered patio, outdoor furniture, shaded seating beneath mature trees, lawn chairs, camping chairs, and a high-top table with a large umbrella. Home adjacent to Goshen Branch Stream Valley Park. Lots of open space and privacy. Help yourself to toys, poop dogs, and water for the dogs inside the smokehouse. Fresh water is put out frequently (as long as I'm in town!!)My yard is best for dogs that are NOT reactive. MY YARD IS NOT THE BEST CHOICE FOR DOGS DETERMINED TO ESCAPE! I have neighbors who use their back yards and have pets and children!

Beautiful 2-acre lot with lots of grass and sunshine! A majestic weeping owillow welcomes guests as they enter a the front yard. The back yard is fully fenced and has a large flagstone patio with extra chairs, cushions and tables for guests. Banquet tables with tablecloths and additional chairs are available on request for private parties. Please note that water access is not available at this time.

There’s also a parking lot next to me that has two hour free parking. Note: my house is right off Glebe so you can hear cars passing while in the back, but it is pretty sheltered from people passing on the sidewalk.

But also there is free street parking. Please enter through the GATE RIGHT OF THE HOUSE - please see pictures for location. 1b- Please keep dog’s leashes on upon entering and exiting the spot. 2- There are garden chairs and a bench, please feel free to use them. 3- There is a box filled with fun dog toys and a couple of dog treats for you all to enjoy. 4- There is a faucet under the deck and a bowl, please feel free to use them. 5- We would be appreciate if you left the backyard as you found it. IMPORTANT: ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED WHILE ENTERING AND EXITING THE SNIFFSPOT, AND THE LEASH SHOULD BE KEPT WITHIN EASY REACH FOR QUICK ACCESS.
