For pups, we offer a large grassy space to run, sniff, and play off-leash. Dogs are welcome in both the pool and attached whirlpool with proper safety gear, and humans are welcome to swim right alongside them. For people, we’ve created a relaxing outdoor sanctuary featuring a large covered patio, premium outdoor furniture, shaded seating beneath mature trees, lawn chairs, camping chairs, and a high-top table with a large umbrella. Whether you’re planning a quick swim or a full afternoon outdoors, you’ll enjoy exclusive use of the entire property. Family Fun Splash and Relax40 credits

Bring up to 4 family members with you and your dog to swim with your fur-family member. We will provide a cooler with ice, bottled water, fruit snacks and juice or soda. We also provide a standing mobile mister system and fresh towels for humans and dogs. All extras except hearing for pool and whirlpool, are included in this package. This is a flat fee for the visit.

Heated pool and/or whirlpool require a 48 hour notice. This is a flat fee for the visit.

Inside bathroom access15 credits

You or someone in your party may use the inside bathroom in our basement but you may not leave dogs or children unattended so you can only select this option if you have another person with you. No dogs are allowed inside, at any time. This is a per person fee.

Additional rules

To help protect our property and provide a safe, enjoyable experience for everyone, please follow these rules: General Rules - Standard bookings include 1 person and 1 dog unless additional guests or add-ons are selected. - Maximum of 4 people per reservation. - Maximum of 2 dogs per reservation. - Enter and exit only through the designated front gate. - Running and diving are prohibited around the pool deck. - Please clean up after your dog using the provided waste bags and trash receptacles. - Dogs must be current on rabies vaccination requirements and wear a current rabies tag. - Continuous or excessive barking is not permitted. - Digging is not allowed in landscaped areas. - Please bring your own ice if you plan to use the cooler (unless you add on the family fun and splash package). - Guests always have exclusive private use of the property during their reservation. Child Safety - Children under age 8 must wear a properly fitted life vest whenever they are near or in the water. - Children must be supervised at all times. - Guests must provide their own child life vests. Dog Water Safety - All dogs entering the pool or whirlpool should wear a properly fitted canine life vest. - Guests are responsible for supplying their dog’s life vest, if needed. Pool Hygiene Policy Swim diapers are required for all untrained children. For health and safety reasons, any fecal contamination of the pool or whirlpool requires immediate closure and professional treatment. Reservations may be ended without refund. ⚠️ Important Assumption of Risk & Safety Notice Guests use the property, pool, whirlpool, yard, patios, and associated amenities at their own risk. - The pool and whirlpool are treated with chlorine and standard pool sanitation products. - Guests are responsible for providing any desired swim goggles or personal protective equipment. - Complimentary sunscreen and insect repellent may be available for guest convenience; guests are responsible for determining whether any product is appropriate for their personal use and for any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions. - Pool decks and paved areas may become slippery when wet. - Concrete and outdoor surfaces may contain uneven areas, natural settling, cracks, or elevation changes. - Guests are responsible for supervising all children and dogs. - Dog owners are solely responsible for their pets’ conduct and safety. By entering and using the property, guests acknowledge these conditions and accept responsibility for themselves, their children, and their pets.
