Dec 1 2025 Update - Back Open! Oct 1 2025 Update - It’s hunting season, and we are closing October and November 2025 as a precaution. We don’t want a stray hunting dog to interfere with someone’s Sniffspot time. So we made the decision to close for 2 months. We’re sorry, it was a tough decision, but think it’s best. We promise - We’ll reopen in December 2025. Welcome to 50 acres of puppy heaven! Located off Crittenden Road in Suffolk, Virginia. Please take dirt lane, there is no house. Please do not disturb neighbors. Drive or Walk through the gate and the whole area is yours! There are walking trails in the woods, a pond to find and a river to explore. The open field is wonderful for training and or play. Your dog will love exploring this wonderful property. ***This is the country. The land is wonderful to explore but it is vacant and undeveloped. You will encounter nature, really in the spring and summer. There are ticks, snakes, uneven ground, rabbits, wet spots, etc. Please only book if you are used to the outdoors and being adventurous!*** Update from my guests comments: Wear bug spray when it’s warm, check for ticks after a visit, boots are recommended after rainy days, dogs may get muddy bring towels and look for the new mailbox to identify the dirt lane off the road. Our unique Playground is perfect for the dogs who crave a diverse playground with many interesting activities. You can bring your dogs here to enjoy agility playsets, dip in the BPA free pools, take a bath, run like wild, chase, run through the tunnels, enjoy an astroturf grass run area, take photos, have a picnic under the shade while they run in full view of your supervision, and even to enjoy the grassy areas. If your dogs are allergic, this spot is ideal as the grass can be blocked off and you can keep them in the main areas of concrete, outdoor rugs, gravel, and artificial turf. There is so much variety here that your dogs will return home exhausted and sleep like babies!!! Ours do that every day, and we just adore the bliss they have here. There are also two playhouses to chase around and in and out of. We will fill 2 pools ahead if you wish, and any more pools, we can add as an extra if desired. You can choose to give your dog or dogs a bath here in the extras as well. If you have recently added a new fur baby to the family and another fur baby is struggling to get friendly with your new fur baby, here is a perfect place to practice intros and play, because we have fenced areas where new dogs can meet.
