Welcome to Buddy’s Agility Corner. This is a great spot for practicing AKC Trick Dog Titles as well as Fetch Dog titles. Quick access to the George Waldo State Park for swimming and hiking as well. Come on down and enjoy the course. *Good Recall is A MUST* this is not a fenced in area. * *Due to construction the back of the property plus the wetlands are off-limits*

Rules: 1) Stay only in the front of the property, the back of completely off-limits due to construction. 2) You must keep your dog out of the wet lands, they are thick with deep mud that goes up to my hips personally. My dog has gotten stuck before, it’s not a pleasant experience. 3) pick up all poop even in wooded areas 4) if you don’t feel your dog will be safe off leash, use the 100 leash provided for you. 5) Do not stand on agility equipment it is only for dogs. 6) Gas is stored in the zipped up front tents (yellow, please do not open) Accommodations: I will make sure the hose is running in the front and the baby pool is filled every few days. The Canoe in the front is used by my dog is a digging area and your welcome to channel that energy into that spot. Enjoy all the equipment and the yard swing.

FYI- The pool is now closed and expected to reopen Memorial Day weekend. Fully fenced, secure and private acre of doggy heaven located on a cul de sac. Large grass yard, mulch, and wooded area on each side of the yard will keep your dog busy sniffing and exploring. The ground is cleared in the wooded areas for fun running and walks. Large blue stone shaded patio that backs up to woods. The large in ground pool is uncovered and ready to swim for an additional charge (see below”Extras”). The fencing between the yard and pool is not 100% secure, just keep an eye on your pups. All people and pets will be inside during your visit for privacy. There are poop bags, a bowl of water and a basket of toys for you and your pup if you wish. Whether you want to sit in the shade or play in the sun, there are multiple seating areas. Driveway and Street parking with easy access to the spot.

We live on a beautiful farm 2 mile from downtown Wallingford. You would NEVER know it was here lol. Tucked behind our house, It opens to an oasis we have 3 dogs that are all super friendly so if you want a dog to sniff and socialize this is the place for you. We have a French bulldog, and 2 mixed dogs all friendly! We have a pavilion you can sit in while your dog sniffs. We always have coffee, tea, and water for humans and water bowls for the dogs. The yard is not all fenced so we recommend dogs that come on command or the owner leashes them if necessary. Feel free to ask any questions or take a look before you book!
