I am updating this on 4/19/2025. unfortunately none of the neighbors previously had dogs, but the owner behind me to the left now has a dog that comes to the fence and barks to say hi ( behind the trees)… he is not visible unless you go behind the trees in the back of the yard. If you have a reactive or unfriendly dog unfortunately this spot will no longer work for you.
