This is a 6' Fenced in Yard that is maybe 0.15 of an Acre. The entire lot is 0.43 acre. My dog plays here often and we always pickup the droppings each day, so when your dog comes, expect a clean yard. We mow the backyard every 5 days so it'll be short. We have dog water bowl next to the hose so your dog will be fresh cold water. We have poop bags too for your usage. When your dog comes, I will have my dog inside the home so you can have your personal time with your dog.

Hello! I hope you and your pup enjoy your reservation. A few tips to help first-time guests: - Make sure the address you come to is 61 3rd st South Orange NJ 07079, and NOT 61 w 3rd st. Sometimes Apple Maps will add in that West, but that’s a different address. - Please don’t park in the driveway, as we may need to come and go during your visit. There’s typically lots of free street parking on Third street between Valley and Academy. - Feel free to let yourself into the backyard through the white gate at the back of the driveway. Please be very careful to ensure that the gate fully closes and latches each time it’s opened, as it will not close + lock behind you automatically. - There is a water spout attached to a hose by the gate, feel free to use! Just please don’t try to disconnect the hose from the faucet, as it’s been damaged in the past. To use, gently turn the brown handle to release the water, and gently turn it back to shut off. - No need to worry too much about our outdoor furniture, it’s mostly hand-me-downs and we don’t mind if it gets banged up by energetic puppies 😊 feel free to move it around as needed. - All we ask is that you please clean up after pup and take any garbage and waste with you, as we do not have an accessible garbage can at this time (but hopefully soon!) - Please feel free to message me with any questions at all! Bring your fur-baby to their very own private playground. Property & pool available for doggy play and swim (3hr max). Great exercise for your fur-baby. Great for a trainer giving doggy swim lessons (instructor not included). Drinking water for your fur-baby available. Humans have access to lounge chairs, seating, shade and bottled water. Salt water pool. 3ft to 9ft deep. All dogs MUST know how to swim. No humans allowed in the pool unless booked as an extra. 🕰 SNIFFSPOT ETIQUETTE 101 You MUST only be at the Spot during the time you ACTUALLY booked. If you’re running early, my dog will still be outside getting in his last few sniffs before a snooze indoors 💤 I don’t bring him inside until 5 minutes before a guest arrives. If you’re running late, I can relate! But please don’t stay longer to make up your time. I probably have another dog coming soon, and my dog will be inside crossing his legs, waiting to hit the grass again before he has to go back indoors! 🐕 NO CHILDREN ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY!!!!!
