Welcome to Kiba’s Backyard Oasis, a private, fully fenced backyard designed for safe, relaxed, off-leash play. This is a calm, clean space where pups can run, sniff, explore, swim, or just lounge and enjoy their own little retreat. We’re dog lovers and share our home with Kiba, our Shiba Inu. He will always be safely secured inside the main house during Sniffspot visits, so your dog(s) has the yard completely to themselves. The yard features a pool and an outdoor shower for easy rinsing after playtime. Puppy shampoo and towels are available upon request to make cleanup simple and stress-free. We aim to provide a premium, peaceful “private dog park” experience that feels welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Pool Safety: The backyard includes a pool. Dogs and children must be supervised at all times around water. Swimming and water play are at your discretion and responsibility. $20/hour for up to 2 dogs +$7 per additional dog Max 6 dogs per booking Overtime: $10 per 15 minutes Cleanup fee applies if waste is not picked up Our pricing reflects the privacy, space, and special features of our backyard. We aim to create a peaceful, high-quality experience where dogs can truly relax and play freely.

While the yard is maintained and intended to be a safe, private space, guests should be aware of the following potential hazards: • Uneven ground, grass, pavers, or natural landscaping that could cause slips, trips, or falls • Exposure to insects such as ants, mosquitoes, bees, or spiders • Weather-related risks including heat, humidity, rain, or wet surfaces • Pool and pool deck area: • The pool is not fenced separately • Dogs and owners must be supervised at all times near the pool • Wet surfaces may be slippery • Not all dogs are strong swimmers • Fencing and gates must be securely closed at all times to prevent escape • Plants, mulch, rocks, or outdoor materials that dogs may attempt to chew or ingest • Outdoor furniture or yard features that dogs could bump into while running My personal dog will remain indoors during bookings. All visiting dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times. Owners are fully responsible for their dogs’ safety and behavior and for any injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during their visit. By booking, guests acknowledge these inherent outdoor and pool-related risks and agree to use the space at their own discretion. He will be inside but his heart will be happy knowing friends are enjoying his backyard oasis. There is 200+ year old oak tree that provides lots of shade throughout the day. I also have a fully shaded gazebo for pup parents to stay cool!! Have peace of mind knowing your pup is safe from sun, heat, other animals, cars, etc. in my fully fenced backyard. Residential fenced in yard with artificial turf. (Please note, turf may be warmer in spots without shade). We are in a residential area and have no control over neighbors dogs. We do have dogs ourselves and I do my best to keep them away from windows and in another room. Sometimes they bark. Plenty of seating, dog toys, water hook up and sprinklers are available to use. Fire pit available to use. Off street parking(Driveway located in back of property). We also have a kiddy pool with real grass for them to sit, eat, etc. we can remove it from yard upon request. (Seasonal when available) Dog bags are provided if they go potty. All we ask is you tie the bag and place on top of brown box. We will dispose. You can bring anything for your pup that you wish and we can provide anything you may need. Please let us know in advance so we can accommodate requests. We decided to offer our yard on Sniffspot to provide other dogs and their humans a place to play and feel safe. We once had no yard and dog parks were not always an option.
