Description

Welcome to Kiba’s Backyard Oasis, a private, fully fenced backyard designed for safe, relaxed, off-leash play. This is a calm, clean space where pups can run, sniff, explore, swim, or just lounge and enjoy their own little retreat. We’re dog lovers and share our home with Kiba, our Shiba Inu. He will always be safely secured inside the main house during Sniffspot visits, so your dog(s) has the yard completely to themselves. The yard features a pool and an outdoor shower for easy rinsing after playtime. Puppy shampoo and towels are available upon request to make cleanup simple and stress-free. We aim to provide a premium, peaceful “private dog park” experience that feels welcoming and thoughtfully set up. Pool Safety: The backyard includes a pool. Dogs and children must be supervised at all times around water. Swimming and water play are at your discretion and responsibility. $20/hour for up to 2 dogs +$7 per additional dog Max 6 dogs per booking Overtime: $10 per 15 minutes Cleanup fee applies if waste is not picked up Our pricing reflects the privacy, space, and special features of our backyard. We aim to create a peaceful, high-quality experience where dogs can truly relax and play freely.

HOST NOTE

While the yard is maintained and intended to be a safe, private space, guests should be aware of the following potential hazards: • Uneven ground, grass, pavers, or natural landscaping that could cause slips, trips, or falls • Exposure to insects such as ants, mosquitoes, bees, or spiders • Weather-related risks including heat, humidity, rain, or wet surfaces • Pool and pool deck area: • The pool is not fenced separately • Dogs and owners must be supervised at all times near the pool • Wet surfaces may be slippery • Not all dogs are strong swimmers • Fencing and gates must be securely closed at all times to prevent escape • Plants, mulch, rocks, or outdoor materials that dogs may attempt to chew or ingest • Outdoor furniture or yard features that dogs could bump into while running My personal dog will remain indoors during bookings. All visiting dogs must be supervised by their owners at all times. Owners are fully responsible for their dogs’ safety and behavior and for any injuries, damages, or incidents that occur during their visit. By booking, guests acknowledge these inherent outdoor and pool-related risks and agree to use the space at their own discretion.

Human companions will love their spaces as well with plenty of seating options on umbrella covered patio table and chairs or covered deck with cushioned seating, fan and TV. Alexa can be asked to play music outdoors as well. We have lights for evening visits too! Self-service hose with sprayer and pup pool available should you want to fill it up (only halfway please) and towels available. While water features aren’t an extra cost, please do not leave hose running to flood the yard, and be sure water is turned off before you leave so as not to waste water. Rules: Hot tub is not for Sniffspot use, dogs should be kept off cover. Absolutely no digging or destruction of grass. Please pick up after your pet - bags provided. No smoking while on property. There are security cameras present and in use on the property at all times. Out of respect for the dietary restrictions of other dogs, please refrain from throwing any treats in the grass. Please discourage excessive barking so as not to upset neighbors.
