Welcome to our private 1.5-acre property, offering plenty of room for your dog to explore, sniff, play, and burn off some energy! 🐾🌳 The property has a great mix of open grassy space and natural wooded areas, giving dogs different sights, smells, and textures to investigate. Approximately three-quarters of the property is open, with the remaining area featuring trees, brush, and a more natural setting. It’s a wonderful option for dogs who need space away from busy public parks, dogs working on training or recall, or owners who simply want a quieter place to spend one-on-one time with their dog. 🐕 Lots of room to roam and play 🌳 Mix of open and wooded/natural areas 👃 Tons of interesting smells to explore 🎾 Great space for exercise, training, and enrichment ❤️ A relaxed, private alternative to a traditional dog park Come let your pup enjoy some fresh air, freedom, and a Sniffari of their own!

Sniffspot Property Rules 🐾 Welcome! We want you and your pup to have a fun, relaxing, and safe visit. Please follow these rules while enjoying the property. 1. Dogs must remain supervised at all times. Please do not leave your dog unattended anywhere on the property. 2. Please stay within the designated Sniffspot area. Do not enter the home, barn, garage, sheds, or other private areas unless specifically marked for guest use. 3. Clean up after your dog. Please pick up all dog waste and dispose of it in the designated trash area. 4. Leash your dog when entering and exiting. Please wait until you are safely inside the designated area before allowing your dog off leash. 5. Respect your reservation time. Please arrive and leave within your scheduled time so guests and dogs do not unexpectedly overlap. 6. Do not approach other animals. If you see wildlife, neighboring animals, or any animals outside the Sniffspot area, please keep your dog under control and give them plenty of space. 7. No digging in landscaped or maintained areas. If your dog begins digging, please redirect them. 8. Please leave the property as you found it. Take toys, treats, bottles, and other belongings with you and place trash in the appropriate container. 9. Children must be closely supervised. This is an outdoor property with natural terrain, trees, brush, roots, insects, and uneven surfaces. 10. Be respectful of our neighbors. Excessive or prolonged barking should be redirected when possible. 11. No smoking, vaping, alcohol, fires, or open flames anywhere on the property. 12. Please report any damage or problems. If your dog damages something, you notice a broken fence or gate, or you see another safety concern, please let us know right away. 13. Natural-area reminder: Parts of the property contain woods and brush. Please check yourself and your dog for ticks and be mindful of sticks, plants, holes, wildlife, and other normal outdoor conditions. 14. Most importantly—have fun! Let your dog sniff, explore, exercise, and enjoy their private outdoor adventure. 🐕🌳❤️ Thank you for helping us keep our Sniffspot clean, safe, and enjoyable for everyone!
