55Great location! No one else nearby some cars on the nearby road but didn’t bother my dogs. Will be back for sure!
55Lucky had a wonderful time coming back to this spot! The trails are well-marked and pretty clear considering the amount of brush. Not a human or animal in sight which is great for him because he is reactive. He enjoyed standing in the pool too! A great spot for highly reactive/sensitive dogs. Lucky will definitely be back for another visit!

55Host was quick to respond, and the property exactly was advertised. Nice spot to give the dogs an opportunity to explore offleash. It's in the Pine Barrens, so of course, will need a good tick check afterwards. I completely forgot the dogs water bottle at home so we had to cut our trip a little short, but we'll def be back to explore further. Thanks!
55My dogs and I had a wonderful time here. There is a huge open space perfect for playing with toys (we found a tennis ball there that my two or three dogs played with while we were there...we left it for the next dogs who come), and then there are a few different trails that branch off on the sides of the very open space. It does get quite brushy/thorny in some areas, but we all still had a wonderful time exploring where we could. Word of warning...I would be very careful in the warmer months with ticks...if you live in Southern NJ and aren't a stranger to hiking, you know how horrible the ticks get. It was very cold when we were there, and we had ticks on us. Nothing horrendous, but a few. So, wear extra protection/have your dogs on flea and tick meds if going in the warmer months.
55My two Great Danes loved exploring this spot! I love to give them the time to move their bodies freely in nature and opportunities to do that off leash are not easy to find. This spot was perfect! We will definitely be back!
55Great spot! The area is huge and has a good variety of terrain, my dog especially loved scrambling under brush. There’s blueberries you can snack on all around the property, and Martha was very friendly and helpful the entire time. I will definitely be coming back :)

“usually, there are no close dogs unless my blueberry farming neighbor brings his dogs with him to his farm (this would be very rarely). otherwise, very distant barking can sometimes be heard. i do not live at the property and there are no resident dogs or houses nearby.”

“the only people you would see would be next door at the neighbor’s blueberry farm - during picking season in july, this would be more likely. there is a road going past the front of the property. it is not busy but vehicles do go fast on it so it’s not a good idea to have your dog loose at the very front of the property where you will park.”

HOST NOTE

There are two ditches with boards crossing them - cross at your own risk. Please stay on the cleared trails. And during tick season, I suggest that you and your dog have protection from ticks. There are PVC tick tubes throughout the property - please leave these in place. They help control the tick population, but they are not perfect. At certain times of the year, parts of the trails can be very wet. Boots and caution are recommended.
