Welcome to our farm! We are excited to share our private, quiet property with you and your pup(s). Whether you have a high-energy dog who needs to run full-tilt, a nervous or reactive dog who can't handle public dog parks, or you just want a peaceful spot to practice recall and training without distractions, our space is all yours for the reservation time. You'll have access to trails, a pond your pup is welcome to swim in and you're welcome to go fishing as well. We are quad and dirt bike friendly also. The Space & Fencing: • Size: 48 acres of grass, field, and wooded trail • Fencing: Not available • Privacy: Quiet neighborhood / secluded rural lot with no visible street traffic or neighboring dogs. Amenities Included: • Fresh water pond for swimming. (humans can go fishing too) • Dog interaction if desire with friendly playful pups. Parking & Access: • Private parking available in the driveway. • Direct, private entry to the property without needing to walk through our house or interact with anyone including pets. • Quad and dirtbike friendly. A Few House Rules: • Please pick up after yourself. Carry in carry out policy. • One booking at a time—your session is completely private. • Please leash your dog if necessary but not required.
