Description

I have 40 available acres in winter and 3 spring thru fall in western Maine in the mountains with trail all the way around and shorter t t ails as well. Views of long lame and mt Washington.

Hazards

HOST NOTE

There is uneven ground inclines as well as declines possible small tree branches in trail that fall when windy small rocks amd 2 Stonewall the trail crosses. Beautiful view during fall and winter. I am 60 years old and disabled and cleared and maintain trails myself ut I am doing my best to make trails as enjoyable as possible and welcome any suggestions to make your experience a better one.💪☮️

Our new area, Wolf Tree Meadow! Walk behind past the barn towards the hayfield and explore the stone compass circle. Rent the fire ring or use the table and chairs to relax while your dog sniffs to their heart’s content. Please note the entire SS accessible property is fenced. There is a driveway gate, and a second gate to enter our SniffSpot.
