35Yard is fine for calm dogs, not big enough for running unless dog is pretty small. There were beer cans in the yard and the filled water dish had a heavy layer of potting soil at the bottom, which I didn’t notice until after my dogs drank from it. Also, host’s cat was fully visible sitting at siding glass door so my dogs started barking at it.

The lawn is freshly manicured and scooped daily. Water bowls are provided, along with complimentary poop bags and a garbage. Hose available on the side if desired. Perfect for reactive dogs, off-leash training or simply letting your pup burn energy in a private, nature adjacent space with the privacy you may desire..

Plenty of sticks to throw if your dog likes to chase them. The children’s above ground swimming pool is not for dogs. Please don’t put them in the pool. Also the swings are not for adults, that’s a children’s playset. Thanks!
