Beautiful views, birds, fountain, 2 goats, flowers, butterfly garden, sand volleyball court, olive trees, orchard, barn, small vineyard, rock and gravel areas, two little goats to enjoy, huge flat lawn, patios, umbrellas, plenty of parking for groups, trail right out of our gate runs through neighborhood with giant meadow area!

We have 8 acres in total and multiple different fenced in yards. One yard is our backyard which is fully fenced and had access to to a pool. The pool has a large landing area easy for dogs to get in and out of. Then we have a turfed fully fenced yard near the pool. We also have a huge arena in case you have a high energy dog that’s wants to run. The horses do share the fence line but if you have a reactive or nervous dog we’re more than happy to put them away so your dog can’t see them at all. I’m also a trainer and happy to accommodate the space that best suits your dog so just let us know what you need when you book and what area you’d like to use.

Great for high energy dogs to run around in a safe, clean dirt yard. Beautiful views and quiet. Fully fenced and hose available for water (between the house and garage). You can dispose of poop bags in the black trash bin at the front of the property.

Fully fenced (chain link, great condition), kiddie pool, waste station, dog toys, dog treats, shade trees, covered patio with chairs, no neighbor dogs on 3 sides of property, only one old very well mannered Great Pyrenees on one side, he is friendly and wont charge the fence etc. Please be aware of rattlesnakes (none seen on property but they are out with the heat in this area!)
