Our acreage is a sniff-haven packed with diverse areas to explore, making it a fantastic alternative to traditional public parks. What Makes Our Property Special: • Easy Walking Trails: We feature well-maintained, easy-to-walk trails carved right through the property, making it comfortable for both humans and dogs to navigate. • Orchards & Berries: Wander through our open areas featuring mature apple trees and lush blueberry bushes. • Open Play & Deep Sniffs: We offer a beautifully mowed grass area perfect for a game of fetch, which transitions into thick, wooded tree areas where dogs can safely explore off-trail. • Rich Wildlife Scents: Because our property is a natural habitat, your dog will love tracking the smells of local wildlife that frequently pass through, including birds, rabbits, foxes, and deer. Important Safety & Fencing Details: • Unfenced Space: Please note that this property is completely unfenced. Groverland

The pool is CLOSED FOR 2026!! Please remember - it needs to be added as an “extra” and there is a limit of 3 dogs in the pool for the longevity of our filter and pump :) There has been some confusion around booking the pool - you need to book the yard for at least as long as you book the yard. The yard blocks the spot on the calendar, not the pool. For example, if you book the yard for 90 minutes, the longest you can book the pool is 90 minutes (you can book the pool for less (e.g. 60 min or 30 min) if you prefer. We will provide towels, pool toys, and life jackets for your use. Please hang the towels and life jackets on the fence when you have completed your visit. Groverland is a 2 acre fenced yard so you and your furry friend(s) have plenty of room to roam. Please be sure the gate latches when you come in and when you leave. We live next to a very busy road and want to ensure everyone's safety! We have toys in a bin on the steps to the deck. Feel free to use them, but please put them back when you are done. There are poop bags and wet wipes on the toy station as well. The poop bucket is next to the gate you came in. Water dishes will be on the pavers between the pool and the house. There is also a kiddie pool for use. We do ask that you keep barking to a minimum. I have grumpy neighbors who disapprove of the Spot :) We are open from 10am - 4pm, but will sometimes make exceptions, so feel free to ask. Now for the Debbie Downer part - as the spot has gotten more popular, we are seeing things getting damaged and, as a result, have added a few rules. If you damage something, please let us know so we can address it. Things happen, so do not worry, we just need to know so we take care of it before the next guest. Pool rules: 1) No dogs on the pool furniture 2) Please do not prop the pool gate open Let us know if you have any questions! IMPORTANT - please note that we have audio and video surveillance in the yard. We are not listening to you….the surveillance is in place as documentation of the noise generated by the Spot to defend against neighbor statements of excessive noise.

It isn't visible until you are closer up, but rest assured, the woods are fully enclosed and extends far beyond the rocks. Beautiful tree lined private property At least 4 acres not sure really how big the area is trees to sniff Open area to run around it’s just gorgeous here especially in the winter. It’s an open area and then some areas around trees little pathways for the faint at heart if you keep walking way down I’m not even really sure how to get there. You get out at conservation land Crocker Pond. Probably more like 7 acres total But I put four because it’s kind of the general usable area, but it gets kinda wooded way down back Your dog must be under your control at all times they can be off leash, but they must be in your control It’s gorgeous here

JUNE 8th UPDATE: new six foot privacy fence installed to allow for full privacy. They told me to give the fence a few days to settle and then I will be reopened with more hours. Thank you for your patience. This fenced in back yard has plenty of space for dogs to run about. The driveway is long enough that you’ll have your own private and close spot right next to the gate. Peaceful and beautiful backyard. One neighbor is visible but rarely out. Sometimes their dog is outside and will bark but then they take him in. Fenced about five feet tall.

The yard is completely fenced in. There is a huge clearing for ball throwing and running, as well as woods further back for adventures. This yard has everything a dog could want.
