55Wow!!! I didn’t really know what to expect but I’m so glad I just took a chance and came out to this beautiful property. It was rolling hills, with amazing views, then down into the forest, lots of trails and places to explore. Will definitely visit again!!
55We weren't sure what to expect with this large property that's been largely logged. It was amazing - more than you can possibly do in an hour. Some nice wooded trails too. We saw cows and horses but from afar
55One of our favorites! Tons of trails to hike and even some horse friends :)
55Many different paths to walk. Plenty of places to explore. Relatively hilly. Most of the area is logged and wide open. Small valley area with tree cover.
55Really nice spot to walk around. Views for the people.
55We drove from Gresham Oregon to come check out this wonderful location, it did not disappoint! Had a great time, could hear some dogs in the distance and kids, riding, quads, or motorcycles, but that did not take away from the experience. The views were fantastic, atlas, had a really good time lots of sniffs and zummies. Will definitely be back.
55Great location to let the dogs explore. Lots of property, not very many steep hills but also not many trees. The area is very cleared but we happen to enjoy that aspect. The views were spectacular.
55This is easily my new favorite spot. I was there for an hour but could have rented for longer. The trails were great. There are horses and cows, but easily avoidable if your pup struggles with them.
55This was our second time here, gorgeous property, the views are amazing! My wirehair pointer went crazy for all the smells, and room to run! Next time we will definently book 2 hours:)
55Always great spot!

Host replied: You are so very kind! As the trees grow back in the forest there will be more β€œquiet” but the Views won’t be this magnificent! So we just enjoy the moment now as much as we can as the forest progrissively grows! We replanted 250 trees on 60 acres of the 68 acres. We look forward to sharing our paradise with people of all walks πŸ’•πŸ’• πŸŽπŸ’¨πŸ’¨πŸŽπŸŽπŸ’¨πŸ’¨πŸ’¨πŸ’¨

My parents were friends with the Whites (previous owners) for about 30 years. Me and my dad made horse trails on this property for over 20 years. The Whites were in their late 80’s and early 90’s and started to have health issues and their kids wanted them to move to Nevada. So Mr. White made me a deal I couldn’t refuse! It was a complete forest up here... 30-50 year old trees on about 62 of the 68 acres. So he said if I would oversee the logging so he could get his $1.4M, clean up everything they left behind, take the house as is and $600k the place was all mine. It’s been really hard work but it is so worth it! It not being horse friendly and all the stumps from logging and their crap was the absolute worse! So that’s how I got my paradise...
