Seasonal pond in the upper meadow. ALL 32 acres are fenced with triple barbed wire. Sorry! No water, chairs or poop bag trash cans on site. This is not a place that gets policed by anyone but you! Please help keep this site as pristine as you find it. If you pack it in please pack it out. Please park on the gravel rather than in the grass. The I-5 of the Pacific Northern railways runs right by my property. The trains are frequent and loud. Be aware if you have sound reactive dogs (or humans). I have no intention of putting any livestock on the back 3 so I figured I would share with you all. You will feel fairly secluded from the world here on the homestead where all you'll see or hear is primarily the residents of this piece of land, and even then, we are fairly busy and quiet. This spot is just getting set-up, but my goal is to make this the premier private dog park in the Orting area. We are up in the hills out of the valley where wildlife roams freely. Water bucket and hose at entrance and at approx 400 feet in. Picnic table at the far end of property with shade awning for humans. Fort Lewis helicopters may be flying around. Fence is on property line with neighbors driveway on other side. Neighbors on one side of fence have dogs that may or may not be out. Goats (ours) may be out on the other side yard. Park on top, and keep gate closed please. This space is primarily goat pasture. Please no smoking, no littering (this includes sunflower husks/food waste), and DO NOT drive down the hill. If you lose a ball or other item on either side of fence message me. Do not go down the non-gated property to retrieve per neighbor request. Anyone reported having gone down neighbors' property will be banned and reported to Sniffspot. Proceeds used for child's education and animal projects.
