Fort Lewis helicopters may be flying around. Fence is on property line with neighbors driveway on other side. Neighbors on one side of fence have dogs that may or may not be out. Goats (ours) may be out on the other side yard. Park on top, and keep gate closed please. This space is primarily goat pasture. Please no smoking, no littering (this includes sunflower husks/food waste), and do NOT drive down the hill. All proceeds go to child's 529 College Savings Plan so thank you for visiting! If you lose a ball or other item on either side of fence message me. Do not go down the non-gated property to retrieve per neighbor request.

We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch.
