Come spend some time with your dogs and enjoy safe and private doggy freedom. 9 acres apron fenced meadow (for smaller dogs or escape artists who can't jump a 4 foot fence,} 10 acres in deep woods with a large creek and 13 remaining acres in open meadow. Seasonal pond in the upper meadow. ALL 32 acres are fenced with triple barbed wire. Sorry! No water, chairs or poop bag trash cans on site. This is not a place that gets policed by anyone but you! Please help keep this site as pristine as you find it. If you pack it in please pack it out. Please park on the gravel rather than in the grass. The I-5 of the Pacific Northern railways runs right by my property. The trains are frequent and loud. Be aware if you have sound reactive dogs (or humans). So far, no one has told me their dog was scared. Thanks!

About 4 of the acres is heavily wooded with very mature evergreens & maples. There is a very nice wide trail with lots of little ups & downs & obstacles. The trail is walkable in 5-10 depending on pace. The rest of the property is mostly native grass & weeds with some European grass that surrounds our house & shop in the middle of the property. No busy roads very peaceful & quiet. Nice trail that wraps around the back side of the property. Access points on trails marked by white sticks with red reflectors. Park in front and walk around back between the house and shop.

Don't let the darkness defeat you taking your canine out to play! Installed 3 street lights to keep the early darkness at bay. Light timer switch is on the left inside the dog two way gate. Lights take a couple minutes to get fully bright. Now you can play with your dog from 6am to 9pm. Enjoy this private area that you can let your dog off leash without having to worry about anyone interrupting your time with your dog. Picnic table with cover. Water dish, poop bags, waste bin, sticks and balls with a chuck it at entrance. Coordinate with a friend and meet here to let your dogs play together while you catch up. We charge $13 for the hour space rental so, *please mark only one dog even if you are bringing more* The space has a long grassy open [360 feet] area to use a chuck it for dogs that love to fetch. A large cedar provides shade on half of the property while the other half is in the sunshine. This is a fun spot for dogs to exercise their legs and noses. Please check back for future upgrades. We offer five acres of partially mowed fields and a natural wooded area. There is a small spring-fed pond and access to South Prairie Creek. Since the creek has a variable current, it may be best for larger dogs. The pond is ideal for smaller dogs who aren't strong swimmers. There are some logs and rocks to step over so sturdy shoes are recommended. We make a constant effort to subdue the blackberries but you may encounter strong-willed vines. Please avoid the dead tree area. There is a shed with supplies where you park.

Golden Willow Ranch Field of Dreams

This space spot has 2 parts. Upon arriving there is a 100x200 fully fenced field. Perfect to get the zooming out first or do some training! There is seating, dog water bowl and a hose to refresh water or hose your dog before getting in the car. The second part is a partially fenced lower field, forest and stream. 10 acres to roam and play. The lower field is fenced off from the farm above, but not fenced on the other side of the acreage. The stream does make a natural border, so you do not have to worry about accidentally leaving the property. In the summer the lower field is 10 degrees or more cooler than the farm above. On hit summer days, bring your camping chairs, soak your feet in the creek while your dogs play!

Gorgeous property in the Capitol Forest with meandering streams, bridges, trails, and nature. Your dog should have good recall. Fencing in the front, mostly unfenced. The loooong private road has one country dog that may chase your car for a brief moment and another that takes his goat guarding very seriously so he will bark at your car for a moment. Neither are visible from the property. This property is next to a nature preserve, expect deer, rabbits, squirrels, and lots of birds. Be aware of the possibility for bears and cougars. It’s secluded here but, unfortunately, you can still hear man made noise. There’s a gun range down the road and you can occasionally get a lot of gunfire noise on some days. You will hear planes and sometimes people working on distant homes. There’s as many days where all you hear are birds, water, and the breeze. The property has a lower trail, mid trail, and upper trail and those trails have smaller trails coming off of them. There are 5 bridges. You are welcome to try to find all of them! There are also 3 (empty) bee stands…bears love honey…The 3rd stand is tricky to find! We hope you enjoy our place and please share pics!
