Welcome to the yard oasis 🌿🐾✨ A few gentle notes to help keep the space peaceful and growing beautifully for everyone: • Please no fence-reactive dogs at this time. Our neighbors recently adopted two new pups, and reactive behavior along the fence line can quickly escalate stress for everyone involved. • We’ve added many new things to enjoy in the yard, including 4 baby aspens 🌲🌲🌲 and little sunflower sprouts 🌻 near the lilac. We can’t wait for them to grow big and strong to create more shade and privacy. • We kindly ask that pups do not dig around or urinate on the newly planted areas. We’ve marked the sensitive spots with pink tape 🩷 as tiny “please protect me” flags. • Please pick up after your pup and place waste bags in the small black trash can provided. • Please double check that the gate is securely closed when leaving so all critters stay safe. And of course, if there’s anything you need during your visit, feel free to ask 💛

Welcome to Waffles Ranch! We're excited to share our little slice of Colorado with you and your pups. Our 0.5-acre fully fenced private pasture offers plenty of space to run, sniff, explore, and play—all with beautiful views of North Table Mountain and room to roam. We created Waffles Ranch because we know how valuable it can be to have a safe, private place where dogs can truly stretch their legs, train, and enjoy the outdoors. Whether your pup loves zoomies, chasing scents, practicing new skills, or simply relaxing in a quieter environment, we hope you'll feel at home here. Guests are welcome to enjoy our splash pad, dog pool, fresh water station, bowls, toys, waste bags, towels, and agility equipment, including jumps, weave poles, and a tunnel. Unwind under the pine trees in our shaded seating area, complete with two chairs and a coffee table (and don't worry if your pup hops on the table—ours certainly does!). For your comfort, the pasture and seating area are treated periodically with pet-safe products to help reduce mosquitoes and make outdoor play more enjoyable for both dogs and humans. Accessibility note: Waffles Ranch includes an upper grassy area with shade and seating, accessible by stairs. Dogs with mobility limitations or joint issues may prefer to remain in the lower pasture. (We are working on solutions to make this more accessible for all pups!) We're always making improvements and would love your feedback as Waffles Ranch continues to grow. This property is truly a doggo's paradise! Please park on the street in front of the gate. Stay safe, keep your fur baby leashed until both you and your dog(s) are through the gate.
