Welcome to Brockett Bark Park! 🐾 Friends have told us our backyard feels like a small city park: a fully fenced 1.2 acre property lined with trees that provide lots of shade and privacy. It's rare to find a spot like this so close to the city! There's lots of room here for activity—whether your fur-babies like to roam and sniff all the smells, find and chew on endless sticks, play long distance fetch (with our handy chuck-it), or just get some serious exercise running at full speed up and down the lawn. We have two large breed dogs ourselves (an Australian Shepherd and a Great Pyrenees) and this yard is their happy place! Our Pyr is a rescue who can't be off leash or go to dog parks, so our property is the only space where he's free to be himself. And when we recently discovered Sniffspot, we wanted to offer the same opportunity for other doggos like him. No pup should be kept from the joys of life because of what they've been through! Our home is super easy to find/access and we have plenty of private (off-street) parking available, making it an ideal space to meet up for playdates. Kick back and relax while your dog gets to run wild through the woods. We are a historic stone cabin set on a National Wildlife Habitat. A little slice of nature, right in the city! We welcome groups, as long as all dogs are appropriately accounted for. Bring a picnic, grab a slice at Fellini's down the street, feel free to hang while your dog plays! MEMBERSHIPS: Every member visit includes a small grab bags of treats. FYI: Yard is heavily wooded, and at a steep incline. Sturdy shoes are recommend if you'd like to join your dog up the hill. Think of it like a fully fenced, off-leash nature hike! BUGS: The stupid mosquitoes are out! We spray the patio area regularly with Wondercide & Mosquito Barrier (safe for dogs, humans & pollinators). We do not spray the woods. We always leave bug spray out, is completely safe to spray on you and your pup, if needed.

This fully fenced yard is a haven for pups and peeps! Lots of level grassy areas to run and play in! Tons of seating! Outdoor living room area, plus an additional table and chairs with umbrella. Hammock available as an extra for lounging on the deck. There's even a sitting area in the yard with fetching sticks for you and your pups. Summer is heating up, but we keep it cool at All Decked Out. The deck gets natural shade during the day, and there's even an oscillating fan for some additional breeze. Douse your dogs with the hose and kiddie pool--they'll love it! This is the perfect spot for pooch parties and even wagging weddings. Message me your party ideas and we will make it happen! Please park along the street in front of the house, but not in front of the mailbox. Sometimes there will be a Terminix truck parked along the street. Feel free to park in front of it. Thanks!

Situated between the Chattahoochee River and exclusive Berkeley Lake is this immaculately maintained private swimming pool with attached Brazilian wood deck, screened in Cedar wood sun room, well manicured Zoysia grass yard, and real wood burning fire pit with Adirondack chairs. Come take a refreshing dip in the crystal clear and perfectly balanced blue water while having some fun in the sun with friends, family, and pets (dogs are allowed to swim too). Or simply enjoy a quiet and relaxing getaway from it all. Most amenities are complimentary or can be provided upon request for a small additional charge. Decent sized, fully fenced hilly backyard great for zoomies. The gate to enter the backyard is on the right of the house, and you can park right in front of the gate on the grass or on the street in front of the house (please don't block the driveway!). I have a hose for warm days and plenty of seating for humans. Not much shade so be prepared for that on sunny days. Digging is allowed in the lower section of the yard (but please don't dig up the two small peach trees down there, or the small veggie garden on the upper part of the yard). I have squirrels, chipmunks, and birds that frequent the yard and some of the neighborhood feral cats use it as a cut through, so there's lots of good scents to sniff. I also have two indoor cats who may take a peek at you from the sliding doors. All 3 of my neighbors have dogs who are occasionally in their yards so you may see other pups over the fences but there won't be any contact, the fence is about 6 feet tall. There's a black garbage bin on the way out for poop disposal.
