All prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Note: The private entrance is on the left, approximately 50m before 623 State Highway 16 (when coming from Kumeū Village). Our spot features open grassy space with mown walking tracks, mature pine trees for shade, natural logs for climbing, and a creek/pond that water-loving dogs will enjoy exploring. It’s a peaceful country setting with plenty of room for zoomies, sniffing, splashing and adventuring. There is off-street parking available. As the entrance is on a busier road, you’re welcome to open the gate and pull fully into the property before letting your dog out of the car so you can unload safely. The two paddocks available for Sniffspot guests are completely separate from the house, giving you privacy and a quiet space to enjoy your visit without interruption. You will have the paddock to yourself during your booking time.

Lulu and Tuktuk’s Alfriston Dog Park Our favourite dog park deserves another chapter 🐾 Hi, we’re Matt and Lexi, the humans behind Lulu and Tuktuk! We’ve spent countless hours here watching our dogs run, explore, swim and enjoy being dogs. When we heard this incredible spot was closing, we couldn’t imagine losing it. We’ve done everything we can to secure the property, with the goal of continuing the dog park and making improvements along the way. We want to preserve everything that makes it special while giving it some extra love and attention. The existing five-acre dog area offers open space to run, a mix of long and short grass to sniff through, native trees, shaded spots and bench where you can relax while your dogs explore. There’s a creek for water-loving dogs, plus a shallow water and mud play area. Whether your dog loves zoomies, sniffing adventures or getting wonderfully muddy, there’s plenty to enjoy. We’re excited about the next chapter for this much-loved spot and look forward to sharing updates as our plans come together. I use this space as a doggy daycare a few times a week but would love for others to get to enjoy it too and let their dogs run free to their hearts content! Parking is fully fenced, drive in and shut the gate behind you. Walk down the run to the fully fenced paddock for play time. Dog toys on us!!

Farm paradise for city dogs

Tucked away from busy suburbia your dog will get to fully unwind & breath in the country air while exploring our expansive 15acre farm. Swimming in the big river, paddling in the smaller streams & puddles, running free in a natural environment & taking in new smells. We have benches for you to sit on & unwind while watching your dog happily bounce around. As we are a farm our paddocks change from time to time & occasionally you might get to meet our friendly goats & cows or see our sheep grazing the nearby paddocks. Our paddocks and exterior fences are deer fencing. Our farm offers gentle contour, wide open spaces, long grass to bounce in, tons of exciting smells & is fully deer fenced for safety. A hose is available to clean your dog off after their adventure at the front of the stables (dogs will need to be leashed, please let us know so we can turn water on for you), gated entry with a dog waste bin in each paddock. Note - you will still need some control of your dogs as the area is very large. PLEASE ONLY STAY IN PADDOCKS COLOURED YELLOW, ORANGE & BLACK. DO NOT ACCESS OTHER PADDOCKS - a map will be provided upon booking so please keep an eye out for it in your emails/messages.
