55Our dogs had a great time running around and swimming in the pond. We mainly stayed in the pond paddock away from the road. It was great to have an area just to ourselves that we didn’t have to worry about much while they explored.

55Giving 5 stars! Love this little spot, would love to see the front paddock more secured as others have mentioned to allow the full area to roam. Of the amenities- none of them were there, no sign (there was one last time), no chairs- there again were last time, no dog water, no bags. Was a bin though! So be great also to see that rectified, still I’ll return

All prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD Note: The private entrance is on the left, approximately 50m before 623 State Highway 16 (when coming from Kumeū Village). Our spot features open grassy space with mown walking tracks, mature pine trees for shade, natural logs for climbing, and a creek/pond that water-loving dogs will enjoy exploring. It’s a peaceful country setting with plenty of room for zoomies, sniffing, splashing and adventuring. There is off-street parking available. As the entrance is on a busier road, you’re welcome to open the gate and pull fully into the property before letting your dog out of the car so you can unload safely. The two paddocks available for Sniffspot guests are completely separate from the house, giving you privacy and a quiet space to enjoy your visit without interruption. You will have the paddock to yourself during your booking time.
