Our spot features open grassy space with mown walking tracks, mature pine trees for shade, natural logs for climbing, and a creek/pond that water-loving dogs will enjoy exploring. It’s a peaceful country setting with plenty of room for zoomies, sniffing, splashing and adventuring. There is off-street parking available. As the entrance is on a busier road, you’re welcome to open the gate and pull fully into the property before letting your dog out of the car so you can unload safely. The two paddocks available for Sniffspot guests are completely separate from the house, giving you privacy and a quiet space to enjoy your visit without interruption. You will have the paddock to yourself during your booking time.

A great location for both owners and dogs to unwind, featuring a creek bordered by native trees that have stood for centuries. Park benches are scattered throughout, offering plenty of spots to sit back, relax, and enjoy the peaceful surroundings. The space features two different water areas and a mix of long and short grass giving dogs plenty of opportunities to explore and play. The main creek has water all year round and is ideal for dogs that love to swim. There is also a new shallow water and mud play area that has recently been dug out, perfect for dogs that aren’t confident swimming in the main creek or for those that simply enjoy playing in the mud! This area is still a work in progress and will continue to be developed over time. Notes for Guests: ● The bank alongside the creek has several steep slopes leading down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you. ● Winter months mean mud! While the pathways and grassed areas are currently not muddy, if your dog enjoys swimming it may be worth bringing a towel for the journey home. I use this space as a doggy daycare a few times a week but would love for others to get to enjoy it too and let their dogs run free to their hearts content! Parking is fully fenced, drive in and shut the gate behind you. Walk down the run to the fully fenced paddock for play time. Dog toys on us!!

Farm paradise for city dogs

Tucked away from busy suburbia your dog will get to fully unwind & breath in the country air while exploring our expansive 15acre farm. Swimming in the big river, paddling in the smaller streams & puddles, running free in a natural environment & taking in new smells. We have benches for you to sit on & unwind while watching your dog happily bounce around. As we are a farm our paddocks change from time to time & occasionally you might get to meet our friendly goats & cows or see our sheep grazing the nearby paddocks. Our paddocks and exterior fences are deer fencing. Our farm offers gentle contour, wide open spaces, long grass to bounce in, tons of exciting smells & is fully deer fenced for safety. A hose is available to clean your dog off after their adventure at the front of the stables (dogs will need to be leashed, please let us know so we can turn water on for you), gated entry with a dog waste bin in each paddock. Note - you will still need some control of your dogs as the area is very large. PLEASE ONLY STAY IN PADDOCKS COLOURED BLUE, PURPLE, PINK & LILAC. DO NOT ACCESS OTHER PADDOCKS - a map will be provided upon booking so please keep an eye out for it in your emails/messages.
