Our spot features open grassy space with mown walking tracks, mature pine trees for shade, natural logs for climbing, and a creek/pond that water-loving dogs will enjoy exploring. It’s a peaceful country setting with plenty of room for zoomies, sniffing, splashing and adventuring. There is off-street parking available. As the entrance is on a busier road, you’re welcome to open the gate and pull fully into the property before letting your dog out of the car so you can unload safely. The two paddocks available for Sniffspot guests are completely separate from the house, giving you privacy and a quiet space to enjoy your visit without interruption. A great location for both owners and dogs to unwind, featuring a creek bordered by native trees that have stood for centuries. There are park benches available for you to sit back and relax and a dedicated area for your dogs to swim and cool off on a hot summers day. The main big creek has water all year round. Notes for guests to be aware of: The bank next to the creek has several steep slopes that drop down to the water, so please exercise caution if you have children with you. Winter months mean mud! While the pathways and grass areas are not muddy at present if your dog likes to swim it might pay to bring a towel for the journey home. Unfortunately we no longer provide a consistent supply of dog toys as they all go missing, sometimes the same day they are put out! There will be toys out on the odd occasion and we usually provide a good stack of sticks for dogs to enjoy but otherwise feel free to bring your dogs favourite toy with you 🙂 IMPORTANT: all prices listed are in USD and guests will be charged in USD.
