Welcome to our Wooded Wonderland! Enjoy our private 2-acre unfenced backyard with plenty of room to play, run, and swim. Rock Creek runs through our property, so if your pup loves we to get wet or swim, this is the place to be. This is a family home with folks living in it. Depending on when you book, you’ll most likely see us in the house going about our business; you can see from the photos, the separation between our house and where you and your pup will be playing will give you ample privacy. During the rainy, cold winter months, this SniffSpot can get pretty muddy. Additionally, we don’t rake our leaves as they bring nutrients back into the soil as they break down. So, wear shoes that will keep your feet dry! The stairs and deck are off-limits at this time for everyone's safety. During the summertime, feel free to enjoy the abundance of wild blackberries and plums. If you're lucky, you may spot the bald eagles who nest on our property! Please note that our property is next to a busy road. But there is plenty of space to run and play that does not require you or your pup to be near it.

I’ve lived in major metropolitan areas with reactive dogs and understand how important it is for dogs to have a safe space to be dogs, off-leash! Our backyard is just that - we ensure all vegetation in the yard is safe for dogs, and we’d so love to provide a safe, fun spot for you and your dog to be able to have a good time! Our yard is fully fenced, and fences are at least 6 ft tall. No adjacent neighbors have dogs, so this is a quiet spot for you to bring Fido. The entrance is gated with a secure latching gate, so feel confident to let your dog run, sniff, and roll around.

Sapphire Point is an unfenced, private, 10 acres with excellent mountain views, hiking trails, and seasonal creek. This location provides your pup, and you, access to uninterrupted forest land with expansive mountain views and many fun new smells. The three primary trails are marked with pink ribbons and the property perimeter is marked with white ribbons for easy navigation. Hiking the slopes can be a workout for us humans, so let yourself rest at the different benches while your pup plays. You're invited to pack a little snack and make it part of your adventure.

It's a 10-acre property with several trails through rustic wooded areas and a large Field of Dreams (with an overlook) to enjoy. You (human) will get a pretty decent walk in along with your dog! Disappear into the woods with your doggo pack and explore the property. The main trail through the woods is a little over a quarter mile long, and there is plenty to sniff and explore along the trail. It is a hike with some slight inclines, but nothing very strenuous. The woods are very quiet and serene, but they are also robust and eagerly await your adventures! We recommend starting on the main trail that begins behind the barn and then either exploring more trails on the way to the field, or just heading directly to the field for wide-open fun. The Field of Dreams has tall grass with a mowed perimeter to easily walk around. Deer visit our field regularly, so hopefully, your pack will find some interesting things to sniff. There is a sitting area on the field for you to rest while your pack runs like the wind, explores, fetches, or simply enjoys the day. There are several other small, interesting trails to explore and reconnect with nature. Just follow the map and signs. Make sure you snap a pic by the Guard Shack and read its history. Inside the shack are some interesting feathers to smell. All trails are marked. We have several dogs that have a small fenced yard by the house, however, we keep the dogs inside when we have Sniffspot visitors. Occasionally, you might hear them bark when visiting, but generally, they are tucked away and occupied when we have Sniffspot guests. We are working on a few projects around the property, mostly on the house to include rebuilding the deck. You may occasionally see us up at the house working on one project or another, but we are respectful of your privacy. One side of our property adjoins with a U-Cut Christmas Tree farm, so there will be people and potentially other dogs there during the holiday season. If that is something you'd rather avoid, it's a simple left turn to miss all that while still enjoying the trails and field. Located atop Dixie Mountain, the drive up is filled with snatches of lovely views of the surrounding mountains and Portland (weather dependent). The view is especially gorgeous if you drive up from Highway 30. There certainly is a lot to do, see, and smell on Dixie Mountain! We hope you will come see us.

The yard is square shaped, with short grass throughout. There is some dirt spots to the side. Perfect hard for a shy pup or one that needs an enclosed space that isn’t too large. It is very open and kept clean!

Over 20 fir trees + other trees on this expansive lot in Beaverton. Organic - no pesticides, fertilizers, or chemicals used. Grass, bark chips, vinca minor, under a canopy of large trees. Shaded and open areas. House located on a cul-de-sac. In the process of becoming a "Certified Backyard Habitat" by the Audubon Society. I will be adding more native plants & trees to encourage native species (butterflies, hummingbirds, etc). Grass is green in the spring and fall, can be yellow/green in the summer (water preservation.) Water, water bowl, & balls/toys are available for dogs. Bench & chairs for use. Picnic table shaded by trees. Lights on 2 story deck, lights that surround the deck, and lights above the cement patio available upon request. Plastic bags available to pick up messes, you can place bags in trash (blue bucket.) Deck/stairs, trampoline & fire pit off limit at this time. Stay tuned for updates.

I've spent several years in condos with my two beloved German Shepherds, I empathize with the challenges pet parents face when lacking a secure, private garden space. Recently, I moved to a new home space with a spacious garden, allowing my dogs the freedom to roam. Welcome to Thayer Ridge Acres, a fully fenced acre in Oregon City located within a short mile of Clackamas Community College and Berry Hill Shopping Center. The property is a perfect pup playground, with a large grass field and a small stand of Douglas Fir trees for shade at the entrance. The fence is secure two-inch mesh for safety. Enjoy our toys, water hose and bowl, and open space to run free! Dog Moms and Dads can take a break from throwing the ball at the table in the shade. Our covered area is a place to step out of the drizzle and watch your pups without getting wet. Bonus...Mount Hood views on clear days! Thayer Ridge Acres offers super easy access from Hwy 213 and Beavercreek Road. Reserve your time, load up your dogs, grab your coffee, and come visit!

We have a private 1.5 acre fully fenced yard, on a dead end street with next to no traffic and no people walking past. The kids are at school, we work from home so the yard goes empty during working hours. We’d love for you and your 4 legged friends to enjoy what we can’t. We have a large open space, many fruit trees, (please feel free to pick an apple or a pear if you’re hungry, likewise with the raspberries, blackberries or figs). We have shrubs around the boarders, a big barn, many different things that your dogs can run around or through until their hearts are content. Last but not least, please place your poop bags in the big dark green garbage bin.

Whether you're looking to catch the sunset or relax above the clouds, our yard is the place to be, located just a few minutes from Hwy 205. PNW weather can be unpredictable though, especially at above 1000ft elevation so keep in mind when booking in advance and BUNDLE up! Our near half acre, fully fenced yard features views of the city, includes lounge chairs, dog toys, water hose, and some covered shade. (Tetherball is currently unavailable:(, please check back!) Hear the water flowing from the neighbors fountain. Rocks, grass and dirt cover the yard. Parking space is available - signage posted. *Please use Caution when entering and exiting the property. There are hills, slopes and even deer spotting; come wintery season some areas can be very slick! All shapes, sizes, and breeds are welcomed.
