There are plenty of spots for them to safely sniff and explore, definitely making this space live up to the name. Additionally, owners are invited to unwind under a cozy gazebo while dogs play. My home is directly adjacent to a quaint park should owners want to continue a leisurely *leashed walk after the visit. Street parking and gate to yard are both easily accessible. (You can message us for discount coupons - we would rather you book longer, and use a coupon.) Please walk the property before you let your dogs off leash ** to make sure there are not any 🫎 moose along the creek. ** * Please bag and clean up your poop. Most people have been we do go through the property twice a week and sometimes find poop. 💩 . Please respect the land and clean up after your dogs. If we have to hire a poop cleanup person, the cost will go up. ** Moose can be aggressive to dogs and people. If you see one, please leave and we will reimburse you.**** We try to be very communicative on the chat app, so please check the chat or let me know if you have questions, hit traffic, need extra time (I can add extra time but need to communicate with you to make sure we don't have overlap). *Also - if your dog has special sensitives, you can let us know as well and we can try to work with you (i.e. let you know if a neighbor is having a party or such before you drive up the canyon).

Take a lovely walk in the woods with your dog, let them sniff and enjoy nature. Three acres of forest, fully fenced for your enjoyment. This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The course is changed every Monday morning. Course maps are in the box hanging on the entrance gate. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc. Several seating areas are provided, along with a picnic table.

Hi friends! If you are interested in our sniff spot, please park on the street in front of the house on either side of the driveway. Please do not park in the driveway or block the driveway for any reason. When you walk up, there is a sidewalk on the left side of the garage that leads to the backyard/sniff spot! The gate is kind of old, so there is a bungee cord to help it stay shut. We have one neighbor dog on each side that are sometimes outside. Please enjoy, and if you don't mind picking up any poo left behind, that would be greatly appreciated! Enjoy! NOTE: BOTH NEIGHBORS HAVE DOGS, IF YOUR DOG(S) IS REACTIVE TO OTHER DOGS, THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE SPOT FOR THEM. ALSO, THERE ARE PARTS OF THE FENCING THAT ARE SHORTER THAN OTHERS. I PLAN TO HAVE THE ENTIRE FENCE REPLACED THIS SUMMER, UNTIL THEN, IF THE SHORT FENCING IS AN ISSUE, THIS MIGHT NOT BE THE SPOT FOR YOUR PUP(S).
