This is not the average suburban development -- this is more like hiking in the National Forest. Lots of squirrels to chase, sniffs to enjoy and hills to run up and down. You won't have any issues with dogs or people on adjacent properties! This property is surrounded by National Forest and unfenced/unused private property. In addition, you have another acre for agility, complete with jumps, tunnels, dog walk, a-frame, teeter, etc. All high end equipment. The running surface is flat & covered with wood chips. The wood chips are all from local trees, so no worries about added chemicals, etc.

We have a fully fenced in area behind our house that is perfect for dogs to run around or get some off leash trail training. We have cut trails so some areas have natural tall grasses. We have bridges and tires to help your dog get used to going over/through/and around.

We have an huge park like backyard with a large shade tree facing Maple Grove Reservoir. It is serene and beautiful! Our yard is split in two sections with a privacy fence. I have a female husky that is super Friendly, but while guests are here, she will be contained in the garden area, or inside the house.

Country Run's Private Ranch is 58 acres located just shy of one mile off of Highway 285 off of Pleasant Park Road. An amazing location - a hidden gem. As you walk from the parking area along the path, the property opens up into a beautiful aspen forest with wooden benches and a large meadow. Half way down the meadow on the left (west) side is a small riparian area with Alder trees - the beginning of several spring fed creeks. The hillside on the east side of the property offers rock outcroppings, large rock benches and 360 views. Our dogs thoroughly enjoy their time here and we hope your dog does, too! Depending on the time of year, the spring fed area can be muddy, an old towel is recommended for the drive home. This property is perfect for dog walks, picnics and celebrations. Nestled in a serene neighborhood, our yard boasts a spacious wrap-around fence, providing a safe and secure environment for your beloved canine companion to roam freely. Plus, with ample space to park right inside, bringing your pooch couldn't be more convenient. Your furry friend will love exploring the lush grassy terrain, perfect for endless games of fetch and playful romps. And on sunny days, there's plenty of shade provided by the canopy of mature trees, ensuring your pup stays cool and comfortable all day long.

Last minute bookings are welcome! We provide a bucket full of a variety of toys, fresh water and clean bowls, and a kiddie pool for your pups to enjoy. Our hose and sprinkler are available for guest use. We provide several shaded seating areas and folding chairs, as well as hand sanitizer and sunscreen for humans. You’ll also find a bucket of towels on the porch that you can use to dry off a wet pup or wipe grass away from paws. We have two large trees that provide lots of shade in the summer. Our spot is setup to be a private experience, so it will just be you and your pup during your booking. You are welcome to invite guests to your booking; please make sure they are informed on parking areas and where to enter. Our six foot privacy fence is newly built and has no holes or gaps. Our spot is great for energetic, playful, or reactive pups. Please note that while our yard is wheelchair accessible, our porch is not. If you need me to move anything down into the yard for your convenience, please send me a message and I will do my best to accommodate.

Hi! I live in a no-pets home but I am so excited to share my fenced in yard with yours! I have around 1/4 acre of fenced in land, with grass and shady spots. I have dog water and a trash can out for use. Entrance is separate from the home through a gate on the main street. This sniffspot is a fully enclosed backyard so you can let your dog wander! 3 sides are privacy fence and 1 side is a 4ft chain link fence. There are always new smells and some city wildlife like squirrels that provide dogs plenty of enrichment while in the yard. We have a large backyard that our dogs love! There is plenty of space for them to run around. Two of our surrounding neighbors have horses that can sometimes be seen.

Hello! Our fence is about 3 1/2 feet tall and has mesh between the slats to fully enclose the yard. We back to open space and there are no neighbor dogs so your reactive pup should be comfortable. Come take a sniff!

3.3 Ranch located in beautiful Bailey, CO hosts a 2 acre fenced in oasis great for dogs to run while you take in the views and fresh air. Need a break in between mountains. Take a 5 minute drive off 285 and let the dogs run around leash free! Use the first entrance on the right after turning right off CR-43.

The grass natural prairie type grass with some weeds. I do pull all thorny type weeds so there should be no sticker burs, goat heads or foxtails. I have two dogs that I will keep inside during your visit.

Come enjoy a walk thru the woods on a private groomed trail/road. The trail is about a 1/2 mile down to a clear, open area to further enjoy, with a creek and watering hole. Much of the trail is shaded from the forest canopy. Once down by the creek, the temp is about 10 degrees cooler as well. The boundaries of the "spot" are the county road on the top side and the creek on the bottom side. *We require a completed Sniffspot profile with details and pictures of your dog(s) to confirm our guests. *To keep us and all our neighbors safe, NO SMOKING of any kind, for any reason, NO EXCEPTIONS is allowed on property.

1/3 acre yard perfect for zoomies and fetch! We have 2 dogs and often pet sit and foster other dogs and all pups love playing in our yard. With a completely fenced yard and 6ft privacy fence you can let your dog play while enjoying several seating areas, fire pit, or hammock. From time to time my dogs will see guests enter and will give them a bark but once you get in the backyard you will not be able to see or hear them. We have a lot of anxious and reactive dogs visit and they’ve never had a problem 🙂

You will have full private access to the entire yard and back patio during your visit. Plenty of space for your furry friend to run around in. Any balls or toys in the yard are available to use. You will never need to see or interact with me on your visits, but I am usually there if you need anything.

First 3 dogs are eligible for Sniffspot discounted rate. For dog parities of 4 or more each additional dog must be booked as an “extra”.
