Welcome to Holly Hill Farm – a beautiful, expansive 180-acre working farm in Hanover County, Virginia, perfect for dogs who love to run, explore, and sniff to their heart’s content! This private property features a mix of wide-open fields (currently planted in soybeans), wooded areas with winding trails, and a peaceful pond. There’s plenty of room to roam safely along the edges of the fields and through the woods. Some trails cut through the forested sections for shaded walks and adventure. Important for your visit: • Please drive down to the last barn and park. • Please stay within the property boundaries — we’ve included clear photos in the listing showing fences, markers, and property lines to help you navigate easily. • Please pick up after yourself and your dog as there are no trash cans on site. • As a working farm, you may occasionally see or hear light farm activity (equipment, crops, etc.), but the chances are low during Sniffspot bookings. Your dog will have tons of space to enjoy the rural setting without interference. Rarely but occasionally we have some family at the property, they won’t interfere with Sniffspot guest This is a fantastic spot for dogs who enjoy open running space, exploring nature trails, cooling off near the pond, and experiencing a real Virginia farm atmosphere. Acres of grassy field for your dogs to run free. We offer a gazebo for extra shade and cover from the rain. It’s the perfect place to relax and unwind with your dog. 32x16 Above ground dog pool add-on available! Separate perimeter around it for safety. Please see pool rules at the end of the gallery.

Welcome to the World’s Largest Sniffspot (Confirmed). There’s all kinds of areas to let your dog sniff and romp around! Upon arrival you may romp around in any field as far as your eyes can see. We just harvested corn September 2024 and the land is wide open and crop free until spring! There’s google earth maps showing property lines in yellow in the pictures. Fully fenced (4 foot fence) yard with a large pond (no swimming for dogs). Lots of space to run around and some fun paths and wooded areas. We do have neighbors with a dog, but he’s not always out. Neighbors also walk their dog in our neighborhood just in case you have a very dog reactive pet. Just wanted to mention these things as we have had a review or two mention the dog interactions when coming in. Please park in the court if there are cars in the driveway! Thanks for coming!

Welcome to our quiet .25-acre fully fenced private yard! Enjoy dog water, doggie pool, 2 Jolly herding balls, tree tugging ropes, and chuck-it balls/toys. There are also plenty of sticks to chew on and squirrels to chase! For human guests, we’ve got everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor chairs, a fan, a hammock, shade, sun, bug spray, poop bags. Our neighborhood is known for its tranquility, and we respect your privacy. **Just a friendly reminder: please don’t jump on the trampoline.** We’re right off the highway close to downtown but far enough away that you will feel in the country!
