Shady and sunny, private, fully fenced yard in Burien - FREE DOGGY POOL 🌊

The doggy pool is officially out for the summer, free with all visits! Great way for your pup to cool off after zoomies on these warm days. Please note that to conserve water as we enter drought season, we change the pool water every few days or when it gets muddy and otherwise skim it between guests. We find most pups don't mind a tiny bit of dirt in the bottom from the last pup! ♻️ Our covered patio seating for 5 is perfect for lounging while your pup plays in the yard or rests on a raised dog bed between rounds of zoomies! The retaining wall in the middle of the yard provides an awesome opportunity for running and leaping on and off, making zoomies all the more fun! To the side, there is also a gentle slope perfect for dogs who would rather take it easy. Fully fenced with 6' cedar fencing, which means your dog won't see cars, people, or other dogs passing by once you're in the yard. No neighbor dogs bordering any side of the fence, which keeps it peaceful and lessens anxiety.🧱 There is lighting under the magnolia tree and along the fences and buildings to help you enjoy your evening visit. We also supply flashlights in case additional light is needed. 💡 Private, off-street parking for at least two vehicles is provided in the driveway for your convenience. There is no street parking on our street. Please let us know if you need parking for more than two vehicles and we can discuss arrangements. 🚗 An additional 3 camping chairs can be provided upon advance request. Invite some friends, bring some food and drinks, and have a good time hanging out while your pups play! We provide a few toys for your use including tug toys and a ball and chuck-it, please return to the toy basket when finished. Have your dog try out our tree-mounted tug toy for a fun challenge! Please be mindful with the chuck-it -- its easier to throw over the fence than you'd think! 💪 Poop bags are provided for your convenience. To minimize the spread of illness, please do not bring your dog to visit if it is sick. Check out our extras for added fun; pups love the sniff scavenger hunt for added enrichment, or a tasty pupsicle as a nice cooling treat! Extras availability is only certain on weekends; please message if you're interested in an extra on a weekday as we may or may not be able to accomodate. We usually offer bookings as early as 8:30am or as late as 9:30pm, but can accommodate guests outside those hours with advance notice; please message if interested.

Welcome to my spacious SeaTac yard, a perfect spot for your furry friend to stretch their legs. Fully fenced for safety, it offers a mix of sun and shade for comfortable play. Your pup will love the toys and treats, while you can relax in the seating area. It's a tail-wagging good time waiting to happen!

Ham Lake Farm Retreat

Partially fenced open space with barn, silo, fruit trees. Tall grass, brush, blackberry bushes, and swampy wetlands create a natural border to our property where there isn't a fence. A small section near the driveway is not fenced. Parking available by the barn/silo. Please note that the ENTIRE property is available for your dogs to play, run and sniff. There are two residences on the property (our blue-gray house and a large, detached pale yellow garage with MIL); the yard extends southward all the way around both buildings on the Eastside. Maple Valley Romp-N-Roam

(During the winter months we limit our availability to ensure our property remains as mud-free as possible.) **To ensure your visit is an enjoyable experience, please read the entire description of the property, fencing details and my property rules.** We split our reservation times with the other app "Rome". ("Rome dog" will find the app). If you don't see a reservation time that works for you here, try checking "Rome". (No subscription is required). *Bookings with multiple dogs- For every 2 dogs beyond 4, an additional adult is required. This helps to ensure the property remains poop-free. Our completely fenced 1.3 acre Sniffspot and completely fenced property perimeter gives you peace of mind that your pups are safe and secure as you let them play and explore. With a gently sloping pasture for running, trees and stumps for exploring, and low-level agility equipment to build confidence on, your fur baby is sure to find something that sparks their interest. When the temps start reaching 80°, the kiddie pool will come out to refresh your pup's paws! The pool will be filled on these hot days sometime between 10:00 and noon and emptied every evening. If you would like a fresh fill for your pup(s) visit, filled for a morning visit or on a day that temps are below 80°, please add it as an "extra" for $6. If we are unable to offer fresh fills on a particular day, the "extra" toggle will be disabled.  Although completely fenced, supervision is always recommended. Burien Fully Fenced Yard -- No Nighttime Lights

The fence is fully fenced and private from other neighborhoods. There's two benches and a hammock for sitting, and tons of space for dogs to run around and dig. No pesticides or herbicides used in the yard.
