We’re big animal lovers and always happy to welcome fellow dog people and their fur babies. We understand how important a safe, calm outdoor space can be for your fur babies. We’re excited to share our yard with other furry friends and their humans. The yard is huge for your fur baby to run freely. Sit back and relax while your fur baby gets to play of the leash.

All Dogs Rule! Puppy Paradise

We have a beautiful secluded property on the Sespe Creek in Fillmore. We have acres of orange trees and two fully fenced areas. One is a fenced 100 x 200' sand arena with access to water and shade. In this arena there may be a small amount of sheep droppings if we have been training the dogs for sheep herding. There is a second arena that is 80 x 120' with agility equipment and the sheep don't go in that area. Dogs can play off leash and stretch their legs in either area. Please do not move the agility equipment around. You are also welcome to make your way down to the creek and let your pup swim and play. Outside of the fenced arena you are welcome to wander in our orange orchard at the bottom 1/2 of our property but please don't approach any residences or allow your dog to bother the livestock. There are sheep in a fenced area and Tank, our livestock guardian dog, lives with them. *Please note - The sand is pretty soft and dogs love to dig in it. They are welcome to dig but please fill in any holes they dig (it’s as easy as dragging the sand back into the hole with your foot) because they create a tripping hazard for other dogs and people.

Enjoy a large, fully fenced private backyard where your pup can run, play, and explore safely. The yard features plenty of open grass space that is perfect for zoomies, fetch, training, or simply letting your dog stretch their legs. Guests will find a welcome basket with plush toys and tennis balls available for play, along with complimentary treats and waste bags for convenience. A kiddie pool is also available as an optional add-on for pups who want to splash around and cool off on warmer days. There is plenty of easy street parking, and the yard is accessed through the gate on the right side of the house. We created this space to give dogs a safe, calm place to exercise, play, and enjoy some freedom off leash. We hope you and your pup have a great visit. 🐾

Welcome to our private tropical backyard retreat in Woodland Hills. Paws & Palm Oasis is a lush, peaceful space where dogs can run, sniff, play, and explore while their humans relax and unwind. Our fully fenced yard features a large pool surrounded by vibrant greenery, grassy hillside areas, and garden paths. Dogs have plenty of room to roam, including a half sport court for running and play. Guests can relax poolside, gather around the fire pit seating area, or enjoy the shaded patio with comfortable seating and cooling misting lines. For a unique view of the entire yard, two hammocks sit on the hillside behind the jacuzzi, offering a peaceful overlook where you can relax and unwind while watching your dog run and explore across the pool, courtyard, and garden areas below. Fresh water for dogs and humans, dog toys, treats, poop bags, and trash bins are provided for your convenience. Guests are also welcome to pick seasonal fruit from our lemon and orange trees.
