55Our dogs have the best time at Busters! It is safe, secure, and peaceful. When we leave our whole family is happy, dogs, kids and adults.

55This was my first time renting a sniff spot and the dogs LOVED it! We chose Buster's Place because it was totally fenced in and one of my dogs tends to run off to explore, so a nice fenced in area for him to explore was perfect. We loved the trails that were created and all three dogs had a blast running into the weeds and the little wooded areas to explore. Be prepared for burrs and other sticky things getting in long dog fur. You might want to have have a brush in the car or some scissors if you have a dog with velcro fur like I do! But also be prepared for happy exhausted dogs. Love that it was a safe space for the dogs to just be dogs!

55My 2 doodles loved Buster’s Barn! They couldn’t stop running the pathways that were mowed. I enjoyed walking with them and seeing how happy they were! The host supplied everything we could possibly need (chair, balls, treats, water) It was easy to find, get inside the gate and we will definitely book it again very soon!
55Ned and Bear had an absolute blast! Everything was exactly as described, easy to access, and very well maintained. Such a great experience for our dogs. We’re already looking forward to our next visit!

“If it's cold feel free to turn on the electric heater hanging from the ceiling in the tack room (please remember to turn it off when you leave). This is a pretty quiet neighborhood but on nice days people are out on the street or in their back yards (hardly visible when the leaves return in the spring).”

Description

Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road). Born and raised here, I bought the family house and barn from my siblings after my mother passed away in 2020. She loved her horses and dogs (at one time she had six German Shepherds).. My boy Buster was 16 when he passed away in his sleep and having your dog(s) run around in his field like he used to makes me happy, so I thought this would be a nice way to share the land and honor his memory.
