Please enjoy the gorgeous views once you reach the top field...there is a small viewing deck to relax on while your dog plays.

There is a stream if you decide to walk option numbers 2 and 3. Allow your pup to get some fresh water and enjoy the peace and quiet! We will also have a cooler with water and a dish/treats set up at the viewing deck area!

If you guys can just shoot me a text and let me know when you will be at the property I appreciate it! I set 1 hour notice but if its a last minute decision you can just let me know and that is fine.

Hey guys! My name is Ryan and my wife and I own 83 acres in Erieville NY. We love dogs and would love for other people to enjoy the trails with their pups. The walk is really nice and the views are fantastic! Feel free to walk as you like through the trails. Buster was a 16 year-old dog who passed away while running in his sleep on July 25, 2025. He enjoyed his field with family dogs his entire life. He was the last one as I am at an age now where I probably won't be getting another dog; so, I want others to enjoy the land. After the first freeze, I drain the interior pipes and hot water heater to the wash stall inside the barn, there is however a 12-month frost free outdoor fountain on the back side of the barn by the woods with a water trough and plenty of electric outlets. I mowed a trail around the perimeter that is about .4 miles for a walk / run around the inside of the perimeter of the five acre field (.2 miles if you cut through the middle to avoid the little hill on the side next to the houses on the road).
