*PLEASE READ* I HAVE A POOL! Dogs, and their humans, are welcome in the pool by booking the appropriate EXTRA. Treating the pool for dogs cost extra and as such I need to charge so as to not lose money by offering it to guests. Two humans per dog is the limit. Please be mindful of this when booking. Thank you for respecting this rule. The pool bathroom IS AVAILABLE for your use while enjoying the park. Be sure to keep it clean and tidy as this is a shared space. Thank you! Stop on by to my fully fenced and mosquito treated yard. Plenty of space for your pup(s) to run around and get their zoomies out and lots of chairs, and plenty of parking which is saying a lot for northern Virginia.

The main address is for the house that is actually in a neighborhood. This spot is just off Clifton Road at the big blue barn. Do not go to the house.. The fenced in area is the right side of the barn when you pull in the driveway.

Nestled in a peaceful natural setting, this spacious open paddock gives dogs room to run, sniff, decompress, and enjoy structured outdoor time away from crowded dog parks. Perfect for: - reactive dogs - high-energy dogs - recall and obedience training - private playdates - working breeds - enrichment-focused outings - safe off-leash exercise This is the initial iteration of the Canine Cardio Adventure Field, and we plan to continue expanding and improving the space over time. Future additions may include: - agility equipment - lure course features - water and splash play areas - shaded seating and relaxation zones - enrichment obstacles - climbing and exploration features - training stations - additional canine fitness experiences Our goal is to create a unique private dog adventure and enrichment environment where dogs can safely exercise, build confidence, explore, and have fun in a controlled low-stress setting. Whether your dog wants to sprint, sniff, train, or simply enjoy freedom outdoors, the Canine Cardio Adventure Field is designed to provide a safer and more enriching alternative to traditional dog parks. Two benches are outside for your comfort, with plenty of shade, while your fur baby enjoys the sunshine. No more scouring for parking and worrying about damage to your car: easily park right in front or on our quiet cul de sac! Be the only guest or enjoy with a friend: Either way, no stressing about big or aggressive dogs possibly hurting yours. Relax and enjoy! Note: Two max people per dog, please, unless you elect to add extra visitors at an extra cost. Limited foot traffic keeps the grass nice for everyone. Our spot is 10 acres of open flat land with a large spring-fed pond. It's perfect for dogs that love to swim, play long distance fetch, or just run in open space. We provide a large selection of toys, 30ft floating leash, extra poop bags, and a dedicated waste bin. WEATHER ALERTS - If there is a bad air quality alert, we will block out time slots in accordance with those alerts. Our yard is on average about 20 degrees cooler due to the ample shading with all our trees.  If temps are due to be in 3 digit area though, we will also block off those time slots as it is just too hot for pups to be out. KIDDIE POOLs - available in the warmer months May-Oct, at no extra charge for pup splash time, just add it to your booking so I can set up for you! **New larger pool for pups, with inbuilt sprinkler now available** AGILITY Set - Available, no charge, add this extra if you want set up for your visit. FENCE - The new 7ft solid wood privacy fence, to replace our 6ft, has now been completed.  The front and neighbor side sections now double sided to ensure complete privacy. LARGE GROUPS:  Our spot has a default of maximum 10 pups.  However, if you are having a special get together and have more than 10, just message me and we will endeavor to assist! *********** WELCOME TO OUR SPOT We are happy to share our space with your pups! We have a spacious, secure private fenced and peaceful yard, in a quiet and dog friendly neighborhood. Easy parking on the street outside the house, and a side entry gate.  Patio heater available during the colder months.  Our yard has sunny areas, as well as plenty of trees providing natural shade and much needed coolness during those hot humid summer days.  A natural wooded yard that borders a county park on one side, with a 7ft wooden privacy fence all the way around the property, the front and neighbor side sections are double sided, so a perfect solution for reactive pups and a side entry gate.  Completely pesticide/herbicide/fertilizer free yard!  Our ground cover is soft playground wood chips, soft for all pup paws, specifically designed to be comfortable for all kinds of furbabies!  The playground chips are a natural tick repellent. We are open during rainy weather too for those of you with rain loving pups!  The overhangs, patio umbrella and tree coverage keep paw parents dry too!  Added bonuses, the chips dry quickly, there's no mud or slippery grass.  You can also enjoy a deck with a patio table, cushioned chairs, lawn chair seating and a hammock!  We also provide poop bags, doggie wipes and towels, extra dog water bowls, kiddie pools and outdoor spigot with hose for water bowl refills or hose play in the warmer months, elevated feeders for the pups who cannot bend down very well to drink and a few refreshments for humans too! Endless amounts of smells and sniffing opportunities from all the local wildlife that frequent our yard.  Good space for running, playing chase, frisbee, tennis ball, chuck it, for the energetic pups; a flirt pole and huge hard jolly ball for our herding and high prey drive pups! Plenty of space for meandering, or just lounging around under the shade or in sun spots for the more mature pups!  The public park next to us has several wooded trails, so if your pup has any energy left, it is a nice park to walk. **Our priority is opening up our space  for your furbabies to enjoy to their heart's content.  If you need to bring your human children too, please make sure they are well behaved, respectful of our property and possessions, and under your mature supervision at all times!
