**The pool is open for the season!** Welcome! We have a fun property your dogs will love! We have a 2 acre property, which includes approximately a half acre fenced area, a 1 acre unfenced area, and a separately fenced inground pool area. Only dogs are allowed in the swimming pool (unless you're actively helping or playing with them). Two creeks outline our property and dogs are welcome anywhere on the property. We tend to keep the grass in the back of the property a bit longer to support the bees, but it also makes for lots more sniffing for the pups! If you're using the unfenced portion of the yard, dogs must be on leash. We have dogs of our own, but we will keep them secure in the house when you're using the property so you'll have the whole yard and pool to yourself. Located in a cul de sac in the Brightmoor neighborhood, we have about a half an acre fully fenced backyard with a large deep swimming pool! Separate entrance to the backyard to the right of the house. Plenty of parking in the drive way. Shaded lot, places to dig, run, and play while your humans relax by the pool or in the screened in porch with plenty of seating. Come share our backyard, we love it! Pool activities are primarily for pups. Humans can get in the pool for safety and support IF needed, but your pup(s) should be your sole focus. The pool is not for human swimming unless you pay an extra fee of $10 per person per hour (assisting pup or for enjoyment). Must be at least 12 years of age and can swim for pool use. Thank you. Fully fenced in yard to run around in! Play fetch, frisbee, or work on some agility tasks! Gate located off driveway, table and chairs to relax at while the pup plays. Available agility equipment are jumps, tunnel, dog walk, table, tire hoop, mini A-frame/dog walk trainer. Yard is regularly sprayed (safe for pups) for mosquitos so it will be a bug free experience! Please note that I do not charge extra for the agility equipment, so sometimes it may not be out on the lawn due to mowing. If you are renting truly for the agility equipment, please book a few days in advance and let me know, thanks! Security cameras are on the property.

The full four acres are surrounded by a 5 foot fence and there is a small creek running through the property. There is a wide spot in the creek that is easily the most popular spot for our canine visitors! In the summer, though, the creek dries up until the fall rains come. You can always message us to find out if there is water in the creek before your visit. There are larger fields and open areas for your dogs to practice their retrieving, and there are many paths in the woods for hiking. The beginning of each path is marked with quartz stones to show you the way. You will also find several benches scattered throughout the property so that you can take a load off while your dogs run and play. When it rains the property can be quite wet in some areas, so bring boots and a towel to clean off your muddy (but happy!) dog. There is a full competition size agility field within the four acres. The agility equipment is completely fenced in and will be accessible only to those who have had at least one formal beginner's agility class. This is to keep you and your dog safe and to prevent misuse of the equipment. Please message the host when you book the spot and before your first visit to discuss your agility experience if you are wanting to access the equipment. **I would really like for your first visit to be on a weekend or a Tuesday (my day off) so that I can meet with you to show you some details about the property and discuss parking. After the first visit, book whenever you want! If you absolutely cannot make it these days for your first visit, we can work something out. 🙂
