Booking this Sniffspot helps us save lives and continue our rescue work. Enjoy the wooded trails, gentle rolling fields, swimmable pond and Catskill Mountain views. We encourage and welcome reactive dogs who need the place to themselves, and their humans who love them. Our farm is a safe place for everybody, and every dog. Welcome to Pawadise! Our dog resort features two fully-fenced acres, and 8 acres of nature trails that connect to miles and miles of public trails in Winchester. At the end of the public trails there are large open fields. Our fenced play yard contains tunnels, climbing rocks and playgrounds, a bone-shaped dog pool, and more! 200+ toys to play with, featuring rubber balls, plushies, flirt poles and tug toys. The area is lit by ambient hanging lights at night, and has an optional fire pit. The play area is 100% fenced in, and safe for even small dogs to be off leash. We inspect the perimeter daily. We have a trainer on-site for any training training sessions you'd like to add-on. We can help you hit the trails with confidence with some off-leash and recall training. We also offer group hikes, sitting, and daycare services.

***STORM UPDATE 7/12/26**** Over 100 trees fell on 07/02/2026 during the Chatham storm. We will be working hard to clear the paths or make new ones. This may take awhile. No chainsaws will be operating when dogs are booked, but there may be a tractor dragging some trees around. Thank you for your patience. 💕🐾💕 Bottomless Smells. 100 acre farm. Lots of space for your doggos and you to roam. It is a rustic magical place. Parking is far from the street down a gravel driveway. Safe for your pup and you to get out of the car. You can park anywhere. If you feel comfortable you can drive down to the lower field to get even further away from the road. I live down the street while I am fixing up the old house. So, there maybe someone at work in the house. Once you park, the best walking is down to the creek. Go to the lower field and look for the opening in the woods. 150yards from field is the creek. On a hot day, wear good creek shoes and walk up and down creek. If you cross the creek there is a great trail that circles around to the Powerline. Warnings: 1. there are lots of deer! 2. There are old barns. Do Not enter any of the buildings! They are very dangerous!!!! I have rescued reactive dogs. I want to create a safe space for your dogs and you to enjoy this great property.
