We have five acres on mostly wooded land that we’d love to share with your dog/s! Behind the house there is a large mowed lawn/hill that leads to a pond that’s perfect for chasing frogs and swimming. Behind the pond are trails and bridges through the woods. There are chairs for people at various places around the property and a hose by the driveway to wash off muddy pups. There is no bathroom for people but the town of franklinville is ten minutes away and there’s a great coffee shop there to stop of the way to or from the property.

There are three large tables with plenty of stools, this spot is a great place to have a picnic while your dog plays. Explore a unique piece of history while enjoying the tranquility of large, private, well-appointed land, located next to an original stonework trestle constructed in the 1850s for the Erie Railroad. Your dogs will love wander along the abandoned railroad bed, trekking through the shale-bottomed stream, or relaxing while overlooking the water. While mostly shallow, the stream deepens at points for short swims. Your dog will love the rocks and sticks and playing in the water. The site is approximately 3 acres with a quarter mile marked trail. The wifi works well here too, well enough to live-stream.

Our fenced-in yard and indoor arena are well lit for evening and nighttime visits, so your pup can safely run, sniff, and play after dark. Our property includes approximately 3 acres, with a large open field and wooded areas where you can enjoy walking and exploring with your dog. 🛁 Optional Dog Wash Don't worry if your adventure gets a little muddy! For an additional fee, guests can use our indoor wash stall with hot and cold water. Towels and shampoo are also provided, making it easy to clean up before heading home. There is shaded areas and lots of flat land with short grass all natural no chemicals here. There are a couple apple trees on the property, we do have a bathroom if we are home.
