Explore a unique piece of history while enjoying the tranquility of large, private, well-appointed land, located next to an original stonework trestle constructed in the 1850s for the Erie Railroad. Your dogs will love wander along the abandoned railroad bed, trekking through the shale-bottomed stream, or relaxing while overlooking the water. While mostly shallow, the stream deepens at points for short swims. Your dog will love the rocks and sticks and playing in the water. The site is approximately 3 acres with a quarter mile marked trail. There are three large tables with plenty of stools, this spot is a great place to have a picnic while your dog plays. The wifi works well here too, well enough to live-stream.

I have a variety of dog agility equipment available for use for training, enriching, and building your dog's confidence in a safe and contained environment! Included are A-Frame, Weave poles, and a tunnel. A small kiddy pool may be included upon request during the summer months. Quiet, peaceful place for you and your pup to come play fetch. Go for a walk down a quiet dirt road. See some deer. I have a GPS collar available for use if your dog wants to roam free.(but not take off on their own adventure). I maintain my yard but don’t care if your dog likes to dig. I do have a small female German Shepherd but she loves all animals. She has brought home baby deer before. Saved one once from being killed by a weasel.

Entire lot - enter from potter alley - sometimes a vehicle will Be in parking space at back off of potter ally - if not you are welcome to park there during rental time. That space is unfenced but you are welcome to use it, rest of lot has iron gate at street, and wooden fence with entrance towards potters alley.
