We are on 3 acres of land with a short walk to Chautauqua Lake. We have two golden retrievers and a blind wiener dog. We have a beautiful scenic backyard that we have, apple trees and blackberry bushes! Early in the morning, we see a family of deer come out, and in the evening sometimes they make an appearance! We are on 3 acres of grass with a forest in the back that goes down to a creek that we also own into!

Our home is located on the top of Bush Hill. We do not have a fenced in yard but have just over 6 aches for your pet to run around on. We also have a pond (currently frozen over). We have a large fence across the front of the property to protect from the road, but not closed, pets can still run free into road by running around fence.

Come, take a walk through my yard, into the woods and down a slope to get to Cazenovia Creek. While down by the creek, you will most likely not encounter another human being. The piece of creek is bordered by Northrup, Transit and the bridge on Southwestern Boulevard. Feel free to explore through the woods in solitude, it is a 10 minute walk down to the creek. I have an unfenced yard, so please have your furry friend on a leash if they are not leash trained. Once you get into the woods, you are more than welcome to go off leash. This is definitely a walk for boots or hikers. If it has been raining, the trail down will be muddy. The walk to the slope is wooded with many obstacles but definitely walkable ducking here and there under a branch.

Our back yard features a covered pergola, a table/ chairs/ Loungers, a sandbox with trucks for kids, hose and kiddie pool access, WiFi and an electric outlet. In the front there is a covered porch you may relax on as well. Our yard is against the 219 so as long as you do not mind a little traffic noise, it is nice to have privacy with no neighbors behind the home.

My yard is fully fenced and I am loving caring animal person. My Passion is animals . I always wanted to be a vet as a child i realized couldn't charge people to save their animal /family.
