Description

Fully fenced area. Plenty of marking areas. Access to yard through an outside gate on the right hand side of the house. Next to the front gate you can find a pooper scooper and pail for all doggie waste. There are towels for wiping dirty paws and a toy box as well as water we freshen prior to every visit. We do allow smoking and provide a receptacle for for the butts to go in. Please be aware that from the driveway to the gate you will be asked to have your dog(s) to be leashed as you will have to pass an outdoor Catio along the way. We do share a driveway with our neighbors with additional parking at the bottom of the hill that is just ours. We have a super cool Ball Launcher and a Chuck It Stick! Sprinkler for cooling off and a Ball Pit for loads of fun and adventure. We host Birthday Parties and movie nights! Please note we need at least a 7 day notice for any parties! Stay tuned for the completion of our large 1 acre parcel...! We do have 1 neighbor who's kids play in their front yard occasionally but do not interact with people or dogs in the yard.

HOST NOTE

Drain pipe when you first enter the gate that hasn't been sunk in the ground yet please be careful not to trip over it. The walk to the porch is pretty steep not handicap accessible.
