TOWNSHIP OF Galloway DOG PARK Rules and Regulations By entering the dog park you are agreeing to the following rules and regulations: • Anyone entering the park assumes all liability and agrees to hold the Township of Galloway harmless of any damages. • No children under the age of 18 are permitted in the park, unless they are accompanied by their legal guardian. • No more than two (2) dogs per handler are permitted at one time. • Aggressive dogs are not permitted to enter the park. • All dogs entering the park must be licensed by the Township of Galloway. • When entering or exiting the park you must close the gate behind you prior to opening the next gate. • All dogs must be sprayed or neutered. • All dogs must have the following vaccinations: rabies, bordetella and DHLPP. • Hours are from 9 am to dusk. • Leashes must be used when you are not within the fenced area of the dog park (no leash required in sand area only) • Please clean up after your dog. Pooper scooper bags are available at the park. • Professional dog trainers are not permitted to use the park without written consent from the Township. • No smoking, alcohol, food or glass containers are permitted in the park. • Accompany and monitor your dog closely at all times. • Area for small dogs less than 35 pounds • Area for large dogs greater than 35 pounds
