It’s a 2 ish acre area. It has a large butterfly garden right in the center of the yard. It is semi close to a road, and the neighbors, their dogs and sometimes their chickens are visible and can be heard. We also have chickens and ducks, they should stay away for the most part. But because we do have a road at the top of our spot I highly recommend using a long line or have a decent recall. I will provide a water station for dogs and poop bags if I have them. In the summer I can provide a hose or a sprinkler if you have water dogs.

3 Acre Unfenced Private Property with Pond In Wentzville

Park in the driveway or in the cul de sac in front of our house. Enter our backyard on either side of our home. Walk your dog around the pond, or let your dog take some jumps in from the dock. Be careful on the dock close to the water as there are two spot that need repair. We also have two beehives on the side of our pond. They won’t mess with you unless you approach/mess with their hive. I have 30 acres that are partially fenced. I have one 40 year old horse named Talker that has been there for 30 years. He is an older horse and just relaxes on the property. There is a gazebo on the property along with numerous pastures for play.

The Magic Land Homestead is a 70 acre provate retreat space with 2 Airbnb rentals a treehouse and an A-Frame. We chickens, turkey and geese so be sure your dog is foul safe or would need to be leashed. The lake and open field and mostly away from the foul but they are free range so could be anywhere. We have guests who stay and typically would not allow bookings of strange dogs during their stay. That means 70 acres mostly alone. I also drive a tractor and mow on certain days, otherwise it's very peaceful and quiet. We have 4 dogs of our own who will need to be contained during your visit as they are a pack and usually don't like other dogs.
