Access to 2 separate small creeks. Recently cut trails through the woods. Presently we are having gate issues. *****You can park completely safe and off-road in front of the gate and walk a few short steps around one of the large stone pillars.****

3 Acre Unfenced Private Property with Pond In Wentzville

Park in the driveway or in the cul de sac in front of our house. Enter our backyard on either side of our home. Walk your dog around the pond, or let your dog take some jumps in from the dock. Be careful on the dock close to the water as there are two spot that need repair. We also have two beehives on the side of our pond. They won’t mess with you unless you approach/mess with their hive. There are two different fenced in areas. One side is much bigger than the other. When pulling into driveway there will be one of the two gates to access the back yard. One of the gates is a wooden gate (does not latch easy) this is for the smaller fenced in area. If it’s the larger fenced area you want then you will pull into driveway and walk around the garage to the left hand side to where a chain link fence will be to the larger fenced in area. Both areas can be utilized during the time you have booked as well. There’s a chain link fence dividing the two areas with a gate connecting the two yards.
