We are pleased to invite you and your dog to our lovely fully fenced in area on our 12 acre property in the countryside of Montpelier, VA. 30 min from downtown Richmond, VA - come escape to the quiet and tranquil area we have set up and fenced off for dogs. An additional nature area for walking is available in the back; however, dogs MUST be leashed in this area, as it is not fully fenced back there. Walking trails have been cut and wildlife is often seen in our little sanctuary. Please be mindful of neighbors and leave the area as you found it. Please come let your pups run around in our large Lakeside yard! Our 3 pups (sometimes 4 if we have a foster) love all the open space, so we hope yours will too. We will try to always leave a towel and some little treats up on the deck, so you’re more than welcome to help yourself to anything up there! There should be a bucket of toys, poop baggies in a ziploc bag that are likely inside of the weatherproof tub by the deck stairs, a pooper scooper and a hose etc, so please feel free to use any of it as needed.

For dogs, we’ve got everything they need for endless fun. Enjoy dog water, doggie pools if available, a Jolly herding ball, tree tugging ropes, and chuck-it balls/toys. There are also plenty of sticks to chew and squirrels to chase! For human guests. We’ve got everything you need to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Outdoor chairs, a fan, a hammock, shade, sun, bug spray, poop bags, and speaker are all provided. Our neighborhood is known for its tranquility and we respect your privacy. **Just a friendly reminder: please don’t jump on the trampoline.** Here are some additional details about our yard: - Private gate entrance and ample space to spread out. - Our dog stays indoors and won’t be a nuisance during your visit. - Friendly neighbor dogs next door can be heard but not seen. Our dog loves running along the fence line with them. - Please dispose of your dog’s waste in the trash can in the driveway. -park in driveway or road. Doesn’t matter :)
