Give your dog a fun, safe place to run and play! Our large, private yard is perfect for off-leash time, with plenty of room to chase balls and Frisbees or just explore and sniff. We provide toys including balls and a Frisbee, plus fresh water to keep your pup hydrated. On warmer days, dogs can cool off in a wading pool, and towels are available for drying off before heading home. Conveniently located near I-95, our spot is easy to get to whether you're local or just passing through. Please note: The yard is fenced, but the fencing is not suitable for small dogs or escape artists. Whether your dog needs exercise, enrichment, or a quick play break during travel, this is a welcoming, easy-access spot for larger pups to enjoy

If you would like to use one or all, just message me through sniffspot and let me know so I can have it out for you. - For doggie play-dates, one person should book for all attendees. - You can park on the street or in the driveway when available. - The pool is protected by a fence in the winter and open in the summer. Access to the pool is blocked by a gate on the deck stairs. - After a lot of rain we sometimes get muddy puddles. - The yard has grass, flowers, woods, a kiddie pool, access to a hose, water bowl, dog toys, a place for pet parents to sit and relax while the doggos play. - Its probably a bit more than a 1/2 acre fenced with grass and a wooded trail. There will almost always be someone home during any visit as I work from home. We have dogs and I will lock them inside the house while we have visitors. Rules: 1. We would appreciate a 24 hour notice for all reservation changes or cancellations. 2. If you have more than 2 cars attending at the same time, please park at North Broadway Crossing. 3. Only one booking is in the yard at a time. 4. Due to the pool, no person under 18 is allowed on the property without adult supervision. 5. It is crucial that you arrive during and only stay for the time booked because another family may be booked directly after you or I could have my dogs in the yard if you are there outside of your booked time and I wouldn't want an unexpected encounter.

The yard is fully fenced with 6 ft. stockade fencing on 3 sides and a 5 ft. metal wire fence between the wet lands and my property. There is a huge boulder the one corner of the yard with a flower garden in front of it. The back of the yard has some tall trees and ground cover in places. Otherwise the yard is open with short grass. There is a gravel area under the deck for shade. There is seating on the deck and under the deck. In the summer, there is a baby plastic pool that can be filled with water from a well faucet near one side of the deck.

Welcome to a clean, well-maintained, fully fenced backyard in a quiet suburban neighborhood in Southern Peabody, just 20 minutes north of Boston and right off Route 1. The yard features approximately 2,500 square feet of short, manicured grass enclosed by a vinyl privacy fence, giving your dog a safe and secure space to run, sniff, and play without distractions. The ground is flat, the grass is kept short, and the fence is solid on all sides, so even nervous or reactive dogs can decompress here comfortably. There’s a shaded structure for you to sit and relax while your pup explores, along with a stone patio area with seating and a usable fire pit if you want to hang out a bit longer. A water hose and sprinkler are available on-site, which is great for dogs who like to cool off or just chase water. We do have a resident dog, but they will not be present during your visit. A few things to note: please no digging, and please clean up after your dog before you leave. Waste bags and/or scooper are provided, as well as trash bin. Bookings are available from 10am to 7pm on weekdays, with varying weekend hours, so check the calendar for the latest availability. We’re excited to host you and your pup. About 1 acre fully fenced in yard with a 6 foot privacy fence, except the gate - (which is 4 ft chain link). Bench & patio furniture for the humans. Cushions are in the shed, please just return them to the shed after use. We have poop bags, a trash bucket, water dishes, and toys also in the shed along with a kiddie pool you can use. In the summer there is a water faucet attached to the barn, right in the yard to fill the kiddie pool or water bowls. A frost free faucet located right outside the fence, on the back of the house is usable all year. Both are fed from a natural spring on property for crystal clear water.

If your pups likes to swim we highly encourage you guys to take a dip in the pond, Browns Pond is a natural pond located in Peabody that covers an area of about 28 acres. It's known for its exquisite beauty. You can also relax, our place provides plenty of seating arrangements and we recommend for u to bring your fishing rod if you wish. This place also provides treats, a water bowl and a hose so if your pups decide they want to go swimming we highly recommend cleaning your dog off. We love our space so much and we would love for you to get that experience too.
