Great big area for the dogs to run! There was a lot for them to sniff, and they had fun playing hide and seek! Overall a great place to get some energy out and explore a new spot!

This was our first visit to a Sniffspot. The expansive yard was completely fenced in. There were two gates on each end of the driveway. Both secured easily. There was some wooded area to explore and a field. The entire yard was very clean, spotless. There were a few chickens in a fenced-in area. Our dogs were not interested in the chickens and spent most of their time chasing the butterflies and bugs! They had a blast!!

The place was great for our dogs - they had a blast. A mostly quiet location, very well fenced with lots for the dogs to smell do and experience. The host left great touches like balls, sticks, bags, and sunscreen and bug spray.

Fully fenced yard & very well maintained. Our dogs had an amazing time playing with each other and running around the yard. Kristen was extremely helpful and communicated really well. I’d definitely recommend this place where your dogs can be dogs and be safe at the same time.

AMAZING YARD! AMAZING HOST! There was a care package available for our visit which had a few things including bug spray, band aids, and sunscreen to name a few items. There was a towel placed out to dry off your pup when use of the pool with fresh water. My Bruno took full advantage! Plenty of fresh drinking water was also provided. Some sticks to play with too! ❤️ My Bruno enjoyed the little playhouse which he didn’t know what to make of it but at least climbed the stairs which was so brave of him. Yard was clean and free of obstacles. This is Bruno’s new favorite spot and he can’t wait to bring his friend Colby on his next visit soon! ❤️🐶🤩

Fabulous yard! Immaculately kept. I have a corgi and it was just the right size for us to have a good play. Lovely chat with the owner as well. Highly recommended.

The pups had a great time playing and running around. Deb was kind and turned the lights on for the dogs to play since it was dark. Highly recommend Deborah’s fully fenced in yard.

What other types of private dog parks are available?
Dog water parks
Many hosts have added water features like pools and/or are nearby lakes or rivers.
It is important for dogs to have off leash exercise to sniff and run. But the free and open nature of public dog parks has drawbacks. There could be aggressive dogs, disease transmission and cleanliness issues. For this reason, many dog behaviorists discourage visiting public dog parks and recommend Sniffspot's private dog parks. Sniffspot private dog parks only allow one guest to book at a time and are not open to the public, which solves many of these issues.
