This fully fenced, quarter-acre yard offers plenty of room to run, sniff, and explore. ✔️ Secure fencing suitable for both large and small dogs (minimum height approx. 4.5 ft) ✔️ Easy access directly from roadside parking – no long walk-ins ✔️ Full grass yard with a mix of cut lawn and mulch areas ✔️ Fresh drinking water provided on site ✔️ Poop bags available in a dispenser on the small blue building ✔️ Clean, well-maintained, and poop-free This is a simple, quiet, and functional space—great for off-leash time, training sessions, or just letting your dog be a dog. Please note: This is a BYOB space (Bring Your Own Ball) to help keep things sanitary for everyone! There is a small doggie pool on site. There is also a hose with misting and sprinkler attachments that will be left out for water access. Please empty pool when you are dine and be sure water is off. Please do not allow your dog to damage the nozzle, sprinkler or hose.
