There is also a designated 2500sq/ft 9ft-high fenced area on the property you’re welcome to utilize if your dog is an avid jumper or for training. This gorgeous property boasts mature Ponderosas, rolling hills, grassy areas & much more! It is suggested that you survey the property with your doggo on leash until you get familiar with the area. There is a dug out water area that freezes over in Winter and gets a bit muddy in Spring/Summer. Welcome to our private, open-acre dog park in Peyton! This quiet, rural space offers lots of room for your dog to explore, sniff, and run freely. The area is fenced on the north, south, and west sides with T-post and barbed wire, but the east side is open, so this spot is best for dogs with good recall or under close supervision. This is also a great property for training gundogs or bird dogs. With wide open space, varied terrain, and natural distractions, it's perfect for practicing recall, obedience, and fieldwork-style training. Please note: 🐾 There are natural hazards such as cactus, prairie dog holes, red anthills, and prickly brush—please supervise your pup carefully. 🐴 Horses can sometimes be seen on the neighboring property to the north. 🐶 Our personal dog may be outside in the fenced area near the house but won’t be accessible to your dog. 🚫 No people should be visible or around during your visit. 🚗 Park on the north or south side of the brown house when you arrive via the dirt easement road off Judge Orr. This is a peaceful place to let your dog enjoy nature—just be mindful of the environment and boundaries (please don’t cross the pond on the east side).

We live on a 6-acre property, of which about 2 acres b/w the front yard and backyard are fully fenced in. In the privacy fenced backyard, we have an inground pool that is dog friendly. **note the price listed is for swimming pups. 1 hour= $50 for the 1st pup, $25 per extra pup. **. We welcome up to 2 adults to join in the swim at no cost. If there will be more than 2 attendees swimming, please add as an "extra" for $25. Limit of a total of 4 people unless approved in advance.** There is a doggie door between the front yard and the backyard so your dog/dogs will have lots of room to run around. We live out in East Parker, and it feels like out in the country. We have 2 dogs of our own. 1 is a black lab and 1 a mutt. Owning labs for over 20 years, is how we became passionate about opening our pool to other dogs who love to swim! We do keep our pups securely in the house or sometimes leave the house if requested. Also feel free to send messages about off hours as we may approve them if given enough notice. Note: I leave at least 30 minutes between bookings to assure there are no run ins and time to clean the pool. We have horses for neighbors and great views.
