This is just a little over 2 acre, pre developed land, a private forest. There are chairs for sitting & relaxing as well as a pre made trail on the property that can be walked. Partly fenced meaning only the back wall & right wall have official fencing other wise it’s “naturally fenced” with the tree line. Recall for dogs must be good. There are neighbors who have dogs out sometimes during the day time. They will be informed of bookings too.

It is fully fenced and gated although if your dog is small and escape-minded it may do so because it is wire field fence, not board fence. Please park to the far right of the garage and keep your dog leashed until you reach the pasture area at the back of the property. Enjoy!
