For owners, there is a large private deck with tables and shade, making it a comfortable place to sit and watch your dog play. A grill and fire pit area are also available if you’d like to relax and spend more time outdoors. Guests also have access to fresh water and a clean indoor bathroom, which makes longer visits easy and comfortable. The space is ideal for dogs that need room to run, training sessions, or multi-dog households looking for a safe private play area. Multiple dogs are welcome. An acre of fully fenced in yard, an additional acre of open field (fenced on 2 sides only) with large trees, and a shallow river access that’s great for swimming and playing! The fenced in portion of yard also has kids play equipment available, rocking chairs, and a porch swing. A small picnic table with umbrella is also available for use. We do have neighbors, but because we sit further back than other houses, our yard offers a lot of privacy with woods and a field surrounding us. We bought this house mostly for our dogs because I mean, look at that yard! Our boys love it and now we'd love to share it with you. Our home is tucked right off Fort Ave in a very quiet neighborhood. When you come over, you'll park right in front of the gate to enter into the backyard. The gate will be propped open for you and you'll need to pull it shut when you leave. When you come, our dogs will be in our basement with no access to seeing the backyard, as to not to trigger ours or yours, but you may be able to hear some barking occasionally. Further, we have lots of squirrels in our yard and the occasional cat that hangs out in our driveway. There are two chairs outside, a hammock, kids toys, and dog toys. There will always be access to water for your pup and we'll provide bags and treats. We will be around, but will not interfere with your visit - we know some pups just need their space and privacy and we will honor that. Please let us know if you have any questions!
